The only thing we will not be able to do is provide much more in the way of the breakfast as we do not have any facilities in which to cook. That is why we only advertise it as a "continental breakfast." We have added, boiled egg, yogurt, fresh fruit, and additional bread items be our options are sorely limited!

I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay with us, Kim. Our location should be clearly visible on the map function provided by Expedia. We do have a great many guests who love the location because it is quiet compared to the rest of the island, but also within a mile of the beach, next door to Schlitterbahn and Moody Gardens. The two areas you should stay in if you like a lively nightlife would be the Strand or the Seawall and maybe you can enjoy your time on the island.

I am so sorry this happened to you during your stay, Stacie. I will address this with the staff right away. It appears that the gentleman did not share that he had agreed to waive the pet fee with anyone, so the lady at the front desk was clearly in the dark about the previous discussion. We will strive for better communications so that we do not have other guests encounter this issue. There is only about 2 to 3 months out of the year when it is not warm enough to really swim, but once we start seeing the warm weather, it will heat right up! I believe the waterpark is going to be opening up again for weekends on April 10th, so maybe you can plan another trip before the "rush" of summer hits us!
