My reservation was not found in the system and staff was a little argumentative about me booking it. Showed my expedia confirmation and was still told i did not have a reservation. Eventully solved but took longer than it should have.

We are all sorry that you had an issue with your reservation at the front desk but I am happy that it was taken care of. With the change over and the new system everyone learning at times it does take longer for an OTA (online) reservation.
