I have attempted to reach out to the manager Dade for about a week now. Still no response!! After my second night stay I broke out with bumps all over my body. After seeking medical attention i was diagnosed with bed bugs. Not to mention the cost to see a doctor, rx, pain & suffering last but not least I had to be off work cost me over $300. All Expedia gave me was a voucher for $50 for the trouble I experienced. WOW!!!
After my second night stay I asked for room service in person & over the phone with Karla front desk person. After a long day and when I returned to my room, nothing had been done. No towels, toilet paper, dirty sheets. And by the way Dade I did ask for a change of room!! Horrible experience!!
It seems like the staff never knew anything there. Hummm! There was never no manager on site to make the complains too.

I am so sorry for your issues please contact me as I work 7 days a week from 7:30am usually until at least 6pm in and out of all the hotels.
