Very close to the beach, just a quick walk across

Our reservation got cancelled for some reason but they were still able to get us a room. This website said no need to confirm but you should definitely reconfirm!

Mold infested fire trap

Our first room was supposed to be a non smoking room, very obviously had been smoked in. Also reeked of mold. Smoke holes in comforter. Second room no working phone. No working smoke detector. Front desk made note – never fixed Asked for obviously un-mopped floor to be mopped – never was. No hand towel or bath mat ever provided. Took our dirty towels – never gave clean ones. Mold all around the bath surround. Dead bug on air conditioner on arrival Spit wads on wall. Mold on sheet rock. Coffee pot broken but left in room anyway. Lampshade was so nasty I didn’t want to even turn on the light. Front desk staff was unconcerned about our complaints during our stay. Pool wall had a ring of mold around it. No luggage cart, front desk staff kept acting like they’d find one, but obviously the hotel did not have one. The overall appearance of the hotel was in a state of disrepair, and un-maintained. See attached pictures. Ground staff did not keep stairwells cleaned or safe. In case of fire, the stairwell mess would have been a trip hazard. Furniture in the room had mold across the bottom Only 1 chair in the room, no table. I will never stay at a Red Roof Inn under any circumstances because of the way we were treated by the front desk staff, our safety being unconcern-ing to them as well as the corporate office. The fire marshall has been called on this location and has said they are not in compliance.

Room was horrible dirty and no towels. didn't even want to walk on the floor. Shower was gross and the staff was OK

The front desk staff was friendly. Room was clean upon arrival but was not cleaned the next morning. Staff woke us up to get dirty towels. Beach was right across the street.

Dirty bathroom

Toilet was dirty at the base , looked like someone partied too much and vomit was at the base that was not cleaned , inside of shower was dirty! Bed was not comfortable, very hard .

Horrible experience!!!

Nasty rooms- AC stopped working and had to switch rooms. Booked through Expedia and upon arrival and check in they didn't want to give us the price that we booked on Expedia for. Rooms stink and are in horrible shape!

This hotel needs a lot of attention to the room I stayed like the entrance door was not 100% secure, the iron board was hanging with one screw only, the little fridge was not cooling at all.

No elevators

The location was great however the elevators did not work the entire week we stayed and we were booked on the third floor. Some of the housekeeping staff was great some where just down right rude and others just didn't speak any English to even try to communicate with. Breakfast was ok if all you want is muffins pancakes or waffles.
