It was overpriced with unfriendly staff. The bed sheets had tears, holes and didn't look fresh. No coffee pot, no alarm clock. The toliet didn't fully flush unless you held the handle down.

The staff could have been more helpful. The neighbors were loud until midnight right outside our room window. The breakfast muffins were blah and limited variety. The front desk did not answer when we called. The bathroom lock was jammed when we arrived, they said maintenance would come the next morning, but did not come. We fixed it ourselves. Later we found out maintenance only does repairs in weekends, so they basically the front desk person lied. We did enjoy the beach being right across the street. We had a lovely view of the ocean. It was in walking distance to Pleasant Pier. We had a nice stay.

Very low on parking spots, trash was everywhere and my rooms ac was filthy. Looked as if it had never been cleaned. Window seal was also dirty.

Great location right on shore. Lots of place to eat nearby. Close to Cruise Line terminals

Great location for the price. Right across from the beach . Newly renovated , but a few things needed attention. Toilet paper holder fell out of the wall and shower needed a good cleaning .
