We were at a world conference on the grounds, so the hotel was within easy walking distance. We brought our 2 11 yr old grandsons, so having several sleeping rooms with 2 toilets and a kitchen/dining/gathering room was perfect.
The owners are the most welcoming and thoughtful people we have had the pleasure of meeting. We felt at home as soon as we arrived. The home is beautiful, immaculate, and comfortable at the same time. Hope that someday I will be able to return for a longer stay.

The hotel was very cute, it was fun to stay a night in a Castle. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was that the lobby and outside the castle smelled like cigarette smoke. Staff was amazing, gave us good suggestions of where to go the next day, and helped us with everything we needed. At breakfast, ...
Expedia says this castle is in Galway, but its a lot further to the coast. We didn't mind the drive through the backroads. It was absolutely beautiful. We had room with a view of the river and our own little patio.
The hotel staff here was so nice and helpful with any questions we had. We got engaged on our trip and they gave us free drink vouchers and bottle of prosecco! Ian Sanford was so kind to leave us a bottle in our room for us. Stellar team and best location!

Staff was fantastic. Tea room experience was beautiful.
Clean. Very comfortable room and beds. Great location for walking around the village. Parking.
