This was a lovely clean hotel in a great location for enjoying Galway. We had breakfast included and the breakfast was good both days. Clean modern rooms and we enjoyed the bar as well.

The staff was very helpful when we asked for assistance with reservations and toiletries for the room. The rooms were small but clean. We liked the convenience of the location to shopping, pubs and restaurants. It was nice to be in the city center where we could easily walk to our destinations.

Great hotel downtown Galway. The breakfast was tasty but minimal options for vegetarians. Amazing location right on Quay St with shopping, pubs and restaurants all right there!

Staff very friendly and good breakfast. Parking very handy although quite tight to negotiate. Only downside was the pillows were very hard and uncomfortable.

Car park is way to tight for big cars. Parking would be free for hotel guests.

We just started here for two weeks, this hotel was absolutely lovely, and was sorry convenient to stay at because it was close to everything. Would have been nice if the rooms had a few more towels and toilet paper right away but housekeeping was super great about giving extra if you asked. Breakfast was delicious, highly recommend.

Upon check-in we were given a first floor corner room that faced the busy street. I was barely able to sleep at night due to the loud groups of people yelling and laughing at all hours of the night. The hotel is conveniently located near all the bars of Quay Street, but the night life is very evidently near the hotel as well. I would not stay here again.

Rooms are nice, newly refurbished but cleanliness can be improved. Towels were provided but out of 5 towels,all 4 were stained with yellow patches. Carpets in the room needed to be hoovered.
