Really beautiful B&BPosted Sep 2, 2015
Pros: In addition to above, their breakfast solarium was surrounded by a beautiful flower garden.
Cons: Add some additional shelving in the bathroom for guests to place toiletries on
Location: There is a shopping mall less than 5 minutes away and it's about a 20 minute walk into town or a $10.00 euro cab ride. Beautiful view of Galway bay a
Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by Michele and shown where we were on the map and how to get around town, she provided information on restaurants near bye, breakfast hours and tour options. She then brought us up to our room and explained how everything works and the finished by offering us a glass of wine, beer or soda. We had a beer in the living room and met another couple along with Fred who is the owner. We had a nice visit and Fred then helped me up with the bags. We met Monica in the morning and she prepared our breakfast. Nice assortment of cereals, yogurt, deli meats and cheese along with a hot breakfast and fresh orange juice and pressed coffee. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms are very well appointed and have nice little special touches like bottled water in the room, fresh cream for coffee or tea, biscuits, cheese and crackers, robs, binoculars, fresh cut flowers, etc. the room even has a in ceiling sound system that you can plug your phone into in order to listen to your own music. Fred and Michele were such gracious hosts and Valerie and I would highly recommend their B&B as your first choice if staying in Galway

Lovely accommodation in GalwayPosted Sep 1, 2015
We normally stay in 4* Hotels but when planning this trip the reviews for Sea Breezes were so good we thought we'd try it. Great decision. Fred and Michelle are excellent hosts, the accommodation is absolutely first class and we would recommend this venue to anyone seeking quality.

Very comfortablePosted Aug 23, 2015
This B&B was very comfortable and close to Galway (2.5 miles). The breakfast was also amazing! The owners Fred and Michelle were also very helpful. Only regret, not staying longer.

Wonderful special touches!Posted Aug 3, 2015
Pros: All the attention to detail-large screen TV in room and great comfortable big bed.
Cons: I enjoyed my stay there and can think of nothing else that would have made it better.
Location: It was outside of Galway in Salthill. About a 10 minute drive. There is a bus stop about 3 minutes up the road and Fred supplied info on a Taxi
From the moment we arrived, Fred, the owner made us feel welcome. Our room had two wonderful skylights and you could open (even in the rain!) The little special details-full bowl of fresh fruit-chocolate biscuits, large liter of water in fridge along with crackers and cheese and fresh cream for our coffee or tea. Towels were nice and thick, the amenities in the bathroom were great. Fred offered us a glass of wine after we unpacked. The breakfast room is open and looks onto a lovely garden. Made to order breakfasts for even the pickiest person (which I am!) I will definitely tell any of my friends going to Galway to make sure they stay at SeaBreeze. I was so sad to only have one night there. I hope to go back next year!

Great B&B!Posted Jul 23, 2015
My husband and I stayed here for part of our honeymoon. It was a great choice! Our room was very spacious and comfortable with updated amenities and a great view of the ocean off of our balcony (we had an ocean-view room). The staff was great, and we got very good advice about day trips and places to visit around Galway. The breakfast was also incredible! We would definitely stay here again!

Nice bed and breakfast along coastlinePosted Jun 7, 2015
Pros: It exceeded our expectations. The room and bathroom were very comfortable and everything was modern, clean, well kept.
Cons: Nothing. Everything was great!
Location: The bed and breakfast is closer to Salthill than Galway City. It is close to the Salthill Promenade and a golf course.
My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at the Sea Breeze lodge, and we highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to get away, relax, and explore the West of Ireland. From the moment that we checked in, Fred made sure that we had everything we needed. He was very thorough in taking us around to show us the bed and breakfast and explained how things worked. The room and bathroom were very comfortable and a good size (a lot more that what you usually get in Europe). Everything is modern, clean, and well kept. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast that we were treated to each morning. It was a great way to start off our day. We appreciated how easy it was to book tours at the bed and breakfast, and all the tours picked us up from the bed and breakfast, which made it very convenient. Based on our experience, we understand why this is a 5-star rated place to location. We look forward to going back and staying there again!

Perfect hosts, incredible breakfast, 5 starsPosted Jun 6, 2015
Pros: Mostly the location, the comfortable KING bed, and our hosts.....
Cons: Not a thing.
Location: lovely promenade walkway , easy access to Conamerra , Galway itself.
We loved this B&B!! We felt it was just the perfect spot, over looking the water, just far enough out of town, yet a distance that made it walkable to Galway. Hosts Fred and Michelle were informative, so friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a great visit to this area of Ireland. Our room was clean, cozy, comfortable, complete with Gluten free treats for me, fruit basket, and a welcoming glass of wine upon our arrival. Breakfast was both hot and cold with a varied menu -a great way to start your day of touring. We can not say enough to praise this spot.
