Stayed at The Galmont for the Connemarathon for the second year - excellent staff , good restaurants and bar plus two storey parking at good prices - 5 min walk to Quay Street and views over the water - only request - more water pressure for the shower
Nice place I’ve stayed here before. I stay on business and meet customers in the bar restaurant.
The staff was so friendly and accommodating to my special requests!
Excellent Hotel highly recommended. No faults. Ideal location, spotless room, great food, friendly staff.
A very enjoyable stay. The food was great and the staff were very friendly. Excellent parking and within easy walking to Salthill centre.
Good location for sightseeing. Stayed there before and also had a good experience.
Comfortable stay for one night. Easy taxi transfer into Galway.
Friendly staff. Very grand hotel. Facilities were great and the room was very clean. Will definitely stay again
Quick check in with friendly staff. Good bar and other facilities. Room was fine but get one away from the lift if you can.
Really relaxing, so quite, no problem sleeping..The staff were really helpful. we were able to book in earlier as there was a room available and also a little later checking out. The leisure center is great best to go in the middle of the day as it can get quite busy in the evenings with ...
This has been the best hotel we have stayed in for quite some time. I would definitely come back and have no hesitation in recommending this to my friends. Staff couldn't be more helpful and food was great also very reasonable. Rooms were extremely comfortable and very clean.
The hotel was very cute, it was fun to stay a night in a Castle. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was that the lobby and outside the castle smelled like cigarette smoke. Staff was amazing, gave us good suggestions of where to go the next day, and helped us with everything we needed. At breakfast, ...
Menlo Park suited us OK. A bit too far to walk to centre of Galway, but most hotels out this far. Busy town with a lot of traffic, but hotel well sited for arriving and leaving. Hotel itself was fine. Has training rooms and functions, so large and busy. Some music noise till late from a wedding one ...
The receptionist said to me, 'our philosophy is the personal touch and the little things that makes all the difference'. You see evidence of this thru out the staff and the facilities. You can't go wrong staying here!
The hotel was very comfortable with ocean front location, easy parking and good walking distance from Galway. Take caution in booking over weekends as this hotel hosts a lot of weddings, making it not such a good option for quiet relaxing solitude if that is what you may seek. If you’re ok with the ...
Staff exceptionally friendly. Food okay but vegetables with meal uninspiring not cooked well, disappointed unable to book spa treatment.
I wanted to see county Galway and look for a nice hotel in the area . This hotel was centrally located economical so I chose . The staff was very helpful in finding local attractions .The Irish breakfast at the on-site restaurant was fresh and delicious. After a day of sightseeing I had dinner at ...
Nice hotel with some lovely views. €20 euros for a taxi into town. I recommend the Padraicins pub up the road. Lovely seafood chowder and lamb stew.
This was a lovely place, a short walk into town, with a view of the surrounding hills and ponies outside our window grazing. Staff were warm and welcoming, the breakfast was great and the room was spacious, well laid out and very comfortable. Highly recommended.
