Good Hotel

The hotel was nice. Breakfast was excellent. The room and bathroom were very clean, but the furniture was old. The staff was friendly except for the person at the front desk of the dining hall. I thought he was rude and could use a lesson in etiquette. Overall, good hotel. KA

avrage hotel at the beach

Cons: cleaning linen furniture
Location: great location for peace loving traveller but no action near by
average one night stay outdated furniture linen and room

King Suite is a great choice

When shopping for a room online, I was leary about some of the pictures, so I chose two king suites -- one for my in-laws and the other for my husband and I. They were right next door to each other, and they were both lovely, however one had two chairs and a loveseat and the other only a loveseat. It wasn't a problem for us, but it is something we noticed. The only thing that could have been disastrous was when my husband and his mother went out onto the balcony, the door locked automatically. If I hadn't been in the room, they would have been stuck out there until someone found them. They didn't have their phones, so it really could have been a big problem. Otherwise, great rooms. Also security was above average and room service was quite good.

I could never believe how they gave it five stars category. It cannot even be a motel.

Nice location but needs improvement

Pros: spacious rooms and close to beach
Cons: Fix shower and sink, replace rusty coffee maker, offer milk or creamer and sugar substitute with coffee and tea, provide more secure door locks.
Location: Location is far from the town and is close only to the beach. Any activity outside must use transportation which is not always available outside.
The hotel is not a five star hotel as advertised, Rooms' amenities are almost non existent

Hotel looks ok but staff at reception terrible !!

Pros: no thing
Cons: require review by tourism experts and they have to be informed to respect guest and talk politlely its unbelevable i am really shoked....
Front desk bad not respecting me and not helpful at all room not clean i saw the hotel facilities good but the wing they gave me the room not 5 star room hotel , smelly not clean and ask reception to change not responding to my requist!! i think the room they gave me for the cleaner and porter of the hotel unbelevable ... please inform them by this ... i canot beleve what happens to me .. i travelled in most countries and this is the worst so far i paid money for 5 star hotel but its 2-3 star hotel room as i think rooms in the other wings ok .

Improvements Needed!

Nice hotel but I would not rate it 5* or even 4*, the food was disgraceful and the service very poor. After speaking to the Night Manager regarding the cold, uncooked food from Room Service we were informed that they would not refund and asked us "what should I do"? Not something you expect from a Manager of a 5* establishment. I have been to Tunisia many times but would never stay in this chain of hotels ever again. I certainly would not recommend this hotel to anybody. In my opinion this hotel is only interested in extorting money from its guests. I will not be going back there.

Pros: The pool and the pool waiters.
Cons: The rooms need refurbishing and the hotel lobby staff.
THIS IS NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL, THE ROOMS ARE DATED AND IN BAD NEED OF REFURBISHMENT. MY PARTNER AND I HAVE STAYED IN THIS HOTEL FEW TIMES NOW BECAUSE OF IT CONVENIENT AND WITH EACH STAY OUR EXPERIENCE WITH THIS HOTEL GET WORSE! WE ARE RECOGNIZED BY STAFF AT CHECK-IN BUT THEY MAKE NO EFFORT TO MAKE US FEEL WELCOME AND EVERY LITTLE REQUEST WE MAKE (FOR EXAMPLE REQUESTING A ROOM WITH A POOL VIEW) IT GETS IGNORED WITH A STANDARD RESPONSE THAT THE HOTEL IS FULLY BOOKED. INSTEAD WE ARE ALLOCATED A GARDEN VIEW ROOM FULL OF MOSQUITOES AND A BROKEN AIR CONDITION IN 30 DEGREE HEAT AND THE ROOM CHANGED AT 3 AM!! THE ONLY SAVING GRACE FOR THIS HOTEL IS THE POOL AND THE POOL BAR WAITERS WHO ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS HAPPY TO HELP. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR FAMILY AND FRIENDS AND WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL!
