"Courteous staff very welcoming."

"The room was superb and spotless, bed was very comfortable, shower was amazing. Location was great, just by the train station connecting easily to Zermatt. The breakfast buffet was small but sufficient. The staff were mostly okay, except for one time when they asked us to move to the other side of the breakfast area after already seated, claiming that area is reserved for the restaurant. There were no clear signs and the space is shared with the breakfast area. The hotel failed to inform us how we can access the parking area, we followed signs but were not able to enter the indoor car park. The staff provided us a temporary solution until the next morning. Overall would still highly recommend this hotel."

"Staff was friendly and excellent. The restaurant on site and chef were outstanding. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back. But it was the staff that would make us go back. Rooms were clean with nice views, but bathrooms were a little tight."

The only thing be aware you cannot get there with a car so you have to park your car at the bottom of the mountain and take the gondola which was a great experience. It was a bit of a panic doll because Google maps said that you cannot get to the hotel. "
