The first key wouldnt work, room changed. to a corner downstairs room. The t.v wouldnt work, there was no way to make a hot drink, it was cold, the heater did work. No tissues in room. It was very basic, ok if thats all you want.

Peaceful Ganado
I have use Hotels.com for several years now and this hotel was the cleanest one I have stayed in. Not that the other ones were bad this one just stood out. Check in girl was very cheerful and polite. Ganado is the sleepiest town I've ever been in but still convenient to my event in Edna just five minutes away. That and Brookshire Bros grocery store literally next door.

Easy Parking. Rooms were vacuumed and clean surfaces but my 3 yr old was playing on the carpet with toys and everytime she got up there was visible dirt that i had to wipe off her knees, legs, top and bottom of feet.

It was not a bad stay at all over all. It is a small place in the middle of a small town. It wasn’t the most luxurious place but it had everything you neee to be comfortable for a few days

I have trailer I can park with the trailer I have equipment very expensive I asked the manager if I can just leave it for 3 hours it was 2:00 I asked him I'm leaving 8:00 in the morning he said no you cannot park in there so I have to leave drive on the night very tired so I'm not enjoying to stay in this place

The hook fell off the bathroom door, and the curtain 'rod' that you'd use to close the curtain didn't work. Also someone had left cooked food in the microwave. Not yucky, just weird. I would stay there again, but ask for a room with all working options.

The price for one night stay is way too high for the room and there are no amenities. The phone in the ro wasn't working and the fire alarm in the room was on low battery so it was beeping all night. Also there isn't coffee in the room. I stayed at a hyatt and it was less expensive and had way more amenities

The room was clean however the bathroom flooring around the walls were fealthy, I wiped them off myself. On the 18th our room didn't get cleaned or the bed made, the maid didn't come in. On the 19th they didn't leave any soap or shampoo, had been there two days now, on the 20th I was out of tissues it was not replaced so I put the box on the sink so they would see it. I will stay again it is the only place close to my moms place

The property was clean, owners and staff were nice. It was fairly quiet until the trains came through town 4 times after midnight to 6:00am. I’m a light sleeper so the first night was really bad but the next 2 I guess I got used to it and fell back asleep. Nice for a budget inn.

Good for a overnight stay for travelers
Not bad. Room and bathroom was cleaned with no issues.Some people complained about not having a breakfast buffet or any special amenities. It’s the Budget Inn people!! You get what you pay for.

ROOM WAS OK...PILLOWS WERE JUST TERRIBLE..WALLS ARE THIN. COULD HEAR GUEST NEXT TO ME SNORING ALL NIGHT...AC WAS JUST OK..NO COFFEE WAS AVAILABLE IN THE MORNING...NEITHER IN LOBBY OR IN THE ROOM! We are sorry that you did not have a pleasant stay at our motel. We do serve continental breakfast every morning during breakfast hours. But, due to the current situation of COVID-19, specially increasing cases in surrounding area, as per CDC guidelines, we had to discontinue it. However, we still make a fresh cup of coffee for our valued guest, on demand. I checked with my front desk clerk and he said noone had asked for it. Anyway, we are extremely sorry and appreciate your feedback.

Maybe a one star.
Clean hotel but not as advertised. In America a hotel breakfast does not consist of bananas apples and a prepackaged muffin. No juice no coffee, neither in room as well. Loose plumbing fixtures, no pen or paper in the room. Really cheap pillows.
