Check in staff were rude. They told multiple customers to wait, and then let others check in. I joined a queue behind one of these customers, but when it was my turn, was told that i was not indeed next. I then asked where was the queue, and the lady didnt even know. Great location walking distance to black pork street restaurant and market. Nice location and close drive to airport Lots of free parking spot outside if you hire a car.

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious for a corner suite for a family of 4. The location is great, plenty of restaurants close by within walking distance. The hotel is having some renovations: a KFC food chain is being installed and the roof top pool is being built, and other retail stores.

Overall, the hotel was great; however, the bed is extremely firm, and the pillows are extremely deflated and flat. The room is extremely hot. When I inquired, the front desk stated the heat and AC in the rooms are all turned off because it is winter; therefore, there is no option to control the temperature in the room. They provided a fan, but it was useless and would automatically shut off after an extended period. I wish I could have controlled the temperature in the room or been notified ahead of time, then I would have reserved a different hotel.
