The staff are very welcoming and accommodating! Rooms are clean and comfortable. We travel for work and will continue to stay at this location when in town!

Everyone was nice easy to check in and they have a store with lots of stuff mini golf game room and a good place to take them family to go fishing and relax close to red wood drive thru tree will go back again also pet friendly

Funky old site, great little cabin, nice stay!
We loved this funky spot along the 101! It has been in business since the 30s, and the woman who checked us in was nice to chat with and learn some history about. Our cabin was cute & comfy & nice to be able to cook our dinner & breakfast in their little kitchenette. The area around, with the tent sites and RVs and little motel, were just what we needed for a night's stay. It was pleasant to hike down into the creekbed that had some water in it even at this hot time of the year. The skies were smoky due to a fire further east that was raging, but a nice little spot anyway.

Wonderful 50s styled motel in the woods. Service was 5*. Only problem was the hot tub was down.

I thought the property was just fine we enjoyed our stay immensely and the pool was great hot tub wasn't working but that didn't matter we really enjoyed the area

Friendly, comfortable old school motor lodge
We loved our stay here. Super friendly check in and very helpful. Old school motor lodge with cabins and camping. Some things are a bit dated and not everything works perfect but very comfortable and welcoming feel to the place. Definitely will be coming back again many more times.

We arrived late and only stayed one night. It was a combination of an RV park and motel lodging located adjacent to a river outside of town so it was away from any amenities. There was a pool and mini golf on site. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. A new shower head would be a cheap improvement.

Home Away From Home
Check in was super easy. We stayed in a cabin and really liked it. The river is super easy to get to and very close. We were able to have a campfire. Everything you need in a kitchen was available. The linens smelled clean. A/C in cabin worked well. Wi-Fi worked well. The bathroom door is kinda hard to use. It helped to push down when closing and lift up when opening. The tv was glitchy so we didn’t use it. Overall it was a great stay and we’re already trying to plan for a trip back.

This place was a pleasant surprise! Loved my little room and back porch, which was a whole field where you could see volleyball, mini golf, the pool, and more! Fire pits / grill behind each room! I went through on a business trip and I wish I could have stayed longer and watched more campfires burn! it was great! Could have been a little more thoroughly cleaned. However, still darling and can't wait to go back!!

The facilities are old school, but everything is cared for and functional. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my car and they offered me tools, gear, and help if I needed it, above and beyond.

The property is nice, walk to the creek, river is nice, met the new owner or manager, he was really nice . Desk clerk was rude more like a jailer. Many things here could be improved.90 degree weather but pool was closed. The room displayed on line was definitely not the one we got, desk clerk was very rude when I brought this up. Like all motels now the price is ridiculous compared to the room. It's just the going rate, same crummy room. Outside is nicer than inside.

Cute place but too much deferred maintenance. Also, the bathroom has no sink so shaving, brushing teeth, etc must be done in the kitchen sink. The place was okay but we would not stay again.

The place seemed ‘tired’ - granted it was near the end of season, but while other campgrounds were 1/2 full this was mostly empty. The bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom door was broken. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

What a great place to stay. The staff we more than accommodating! Sauna, a huge hot tub, and nice rustic feel. Eel river access, a nice general store on the grounds. The rooms were clean. The staff would open the sauna on request and clean it between uses.
