Loud Room, Insects

The room/bed was comfortable other than the proximity to the IHOP and Burger King. You could hear loud trucks revving their engines up as people were visiting IHOP and BK all hours of the night. I picked up the Kleenex box/container and found a dead brown recluse under it. It looked like it had been there for some time...To the Hotel: you should really pick up stuff on the counters and clean under them for what you charge for a room. There was a moth in the curtains and a few roly-polys (pill bugs) crawling around by the door and in the bathroom. This is just the type of stuff you get in KS, but I expected better.

The guy at the front desk that checked us in just made the room keys and handed them to us. He never even said what room we were in, never pointed us in the direction of the elevator never told us what time breakfast was being served. Other then that the room was good.

Incorrect room

I reserved 2 queen beds and had 1 king. The window was facing the bed and there was no way to close the blinds. The light came right in first thing in the morning waking us up when we needed to get more sleep.

Disappointed

We booked this hotel because the descriptions on Expedia said there was a pool and a hot tub. The photo of the king room showed a jacuzzi tub. When we arrived there was a small, shallow pool, no hot tub, and no jacuzzi tub in our room. in fact, there wasn’t even a tub; only a walk-in shower. We were extremely disappointed because we were looking forward to a nice swim, some relaxation with a hot tub or a bathtub with jets. The room and hotel were very nice and very clean. Breakfast was ok. We left very disappointed that we paid over $100 for a room that was NOT as advertised.
