There were no grab-bars in the tub. This is unsafe. One of the 2 elevators was out of order waiting for parts.

Elevator is not working and no quick response to fix it.. Bathroom water supply is so slow.. carpet is very old and stinky…morning breakfast is also very poor .. cheap items are served very poor quality food.. terrible Terrible…..

Overall, it was good. Quiet and comfortable. Staff was friendly and prompt when the ironing board needed to be replaced. The free breakfast was great and the Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was a nice touch too. I do think that the price for one night ($310 after taxes and fees) was a bit steep for what we received, but I’d definitely stay here again.
