Pros: Valet. Staff. Room size. Cleanliness.
Cons: Shower doors
Location: Nicest hotel in area of Long Island.
Fourth time my husband and I have stayed there. Never disappointed. Staff exceptional. Room super clean and fresh smelling.

Beautiful hotel. Staff is amazing Bathroom in room wasn’t clean. No mini bar at room

'Hotel Wonderful'

The overall experience was wonderful. Great staff, amenities and cleanliness of the hotel. Nested in the quiet suburbs of NY/Garden City. Train stops across from the hotel. Approximately a 45 min train ride into Penn Station-Manhattan. The breakfast buffet was a little overpriced for the selection. Dinner selection was great, tried the NY Strip, one of the better ones that I have had. Add a little more seasoning next time. Overall wonderful experience!

I live less than 30mins away. Great place for a quick weekend getaway and there is a spa located in the hotel. This was a big plus.

Love this hotel but was disappointed when we returned to the hotel one evening and the water was shut off in the room. We greeted to 4 or 5 hotel staff and no one advised us that we would have no water in the room to brush our teeth or wash up for bed.

Great hotel close to Adelphi University

Beautiful Hotel close to Adelphi University. Nice and quiet. Over the top friendly staff, all of the time. Close to the Main Street. Walk to coffee & shops. Easy parking. Beautiful Elizabeth Arden Salon. Highly recommend.
