“This hotel was nice, beds were soft and comfortable, rooms were spacious and clean. Tried to call ahead of time but no one at the hotel would answer, upon arrival they explained that nobody answers the phones except during specific times in the morning. They said that they have a dedicated operator, and that front desk cannot answer the phones. They had the rooms we needed, but they were not cleaned and they had no one there that could clean the for us. So we settled for other rooms. The guys……
