The outside of the hotel had trash everywhere. My room was dark, even with all of lamps turned on and it smelled like cigarettes even tough it was a non-smoking unit.

Not a good place to stay

Hotel didn’t offer maid service, the carpet had stains on it. There was a roach crawling around. The shower in the bathroom kept dripping

Worst visit, ever

Where do I begin?? I'll keep this straight forward. CONS: Dirty looking floors, old furniture, TV remote didn't work and had to get a replacement, toilet didn't flush so I had to call that in too. Paint wasn't in the best shape either. Beds were harder than any other hotel I've stayed in (I travel a lot too). Oh and their 'grab and go continental breakfast' is literally just coffee, muffins, and the single bar packets of Nature Valley bars. Shower vent looked like it had never cleaned out either. Biggest issue was found later on on our first night. We noticed the shower wouldn't drain so I called the front desk and, since it was late (probably 8pm) maintenance wasn't around so they said they'd look into it in the morning. Understandable seeing as it was late at night. Thinking that they had put it in their system they'd get to it in the morning... Right? Wrong. We went about our business the following day and later that night we noticed it wasn't even looked at. Needless to say, we didn't stay all nights we originally booked. Pros: they have friendly staff. Not staying here again

Nice hotel. The staff were very professional and the room was clean. The mattress on the bed was a little hard for my taste but that seems to be a common theme for the area. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean hotel good for a nights stay

Good hotel. Clean And friendly staff but no housekeeping during my stay. Grab and go breakfast is good would stay again.

Fair price but needs updating....if you need to slleep/shower store your suitcase then it will do the job!!

The bed was comfy and the room quiet. The view was of the exit driveway and the halls were sort of dark, so I never got the warm and fuzzy feeling. I would return, however, if I needed to.

Plain and simple, sorry sheets. They DO NOT change bedding here. I'm not even sure if they change some towels. The breakfast they advertise is coffee and a muffin. Thanks but no thanks.
