They mix non smoking rooms on the smoking floor!

We requested and paid for a non smoking room. The desk clerk told me our room was non smoking at check in but that our room was on the smoking floor but our room was on opposite end of the floor. We started to smell smoke in the room, so much that my wife got a sinus infection as a result. The next morning I checked and there was an occupied SMOKING room NEXT DOOR TO OURS! Very dissatisfied and disappointed in Expedia for not having that information on their web site and in Beat Western for being misleading on where our room was located. Because of misleading information I will be skeptical to use Expedia again and to stay with Best Western again.

Family Stop

Everything about this hotel was nice except for that the wifi kept booting out devices off about every 10 minutes. Having to re-enter the password over an over again was a pain.

Great investment

Went to Alabama to see my girlfriend and could not have asked for a better experience. I have stayed in many hotels and this was definitely the best experience I have had. Ronda and Debra at reception were very sweet and accommodating and helpful, the rooms were clean and although the breakfast was basic, it was very fresh and the coffee was excellent. The neighborhood is quiet and out of the way while being less than a half mile from restaurants, stores, etc. Great place.

Non-smoking designation false.

The hotel had strong tobacco odor throughout. Our room (with non-smoking sign on door) had two ash trays in. the room. As nonsmokers with allergies, we were majorly disappointed. Other than this issue, the hotel was lovely.
