Close to the Freeway

Did no like the fact that there was only one ice machine and 1 washer and Dryer.

Disappointing hotel

Pros: Nice pool and convenient location. Friendly staff.
Cons: Maid and breakfast service.
Location: There was a great BBQ restaurant and other restaurants nearby. It was within walking distance of a Walmart.
We stayed two nights. The maid changed the towels but didn't clean the room, make up the bed, or take out the trash. Breakfast was included, but they ran out of food before the breakfast time was over and didn't replenish supplies.

Okay hotel

I booked this hotel to stay at on the way to Orlando. We arrived kinda late due to leaving home late, traffic, etc. We got checked in fairly quickly, but when we went to go to our room, we could hear the people next door and it sounded like they were having a party. I'm a bit of a light sleeper and noise keeps our 5 year old up, so I immediately went to the front desk to ask for another room. I was very polite and asked for another room because "It's our bedtime and it doesn't sound like the people next door are going to bed anytime soon." The woman at the front desk looked at me with such disdain. In my mind, I figured it would be better to move now than to keep having to call the front desk to get the party people to be quiet. As she was looking for another room, the manager came up and asked what was wrong. I explained the people in the room next to the one they gave us were being very noisy and i'd like another room. The 1st woman went to put us on the 2nd floor and I said that's fine. The manager said "We don't put people with children on the 2nd floor". So they gave us a room far away from the noisy people. The bed was comfortable and we slept pretty good. The food at breakfast was okay, but the major problem was THEY RAN OUT OF COFFEE!!! Who does that? I notified the front desk and was informed "I texted my manager. I don't know where the coffee is". That seems like something the morning person should DEFINITELY know.

Won't be staying here again

I don't write reviews much but hope this helps someone. I was passing through with my family and needed a place to sleep. The room size was fine but other assumptions failed expectations. The bathtub didn't drain. The sink had no vanity. There wasn't enough coffee in the room to make a single good cup and the lobby told me they wouldn't have any until breakfast time which for some reason didn't start until 7am.

Not horrible, but wouldn't stay again

The room was clean. The breakfast area was very small but stocked. Check in time was at 3, but we arrived at 4:30 and our room wasn't ready. The clerk said that our room would be ready if we went to dinner and then returned. It was ready then. More importantly. . . For the entire time we were there, there was a group of 4-6 men right outside the entrance smoking. They wore work clothes and we never figured out if they were supposed to be working at the hotel (they definitely weren't working.) or working somewhere else. Each time we came and went, we had to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke. And some of the men stared at our teenage daughter in a way that made her and us uncomfortable. This did not create a family-friendly environment and it would prevent us from staying there again. I don't know who they were or why they stood there until late in the night and the next morning, but the hotel management needs to ask them to leave or move.

Thank you for providing feedback. It's a great way to measure guest satisfaction. I do apologize that your room was not ready when you arrived. We did have a full house and housekeeping was running a bit behind. I am sorry the blue collar guests were hanging out smoking. We are looking at adding a covered smoke area away from the building. I am glad you found your room clean and the breakfast stocked. I appreciate your comments, it does help us improve.

Great overnight stay

The person checking us in was very friendly and conversational and very welcoming. I thought the breakfast options were pretty slim. There were hash browns and sausage, but no eggs...not a very good combination. Also, the refrigerator had one yogurt left and nothing else in it. And this was long before breakfast was over.
