Great budget spot close to center
The location is fantastic especially for the price point. Only downside is that the shower literally takes 15 minutes to even get warm, but it got there.

A good base to explore Toulouse
I visited Toulouse as had never been before and had seen a lot of good things about it. The hotel, in itself, was fine. 2 stars, not very expensive. It was easy to get to from the bus / train station, about half a kilometre, and practical for going in to the Centre (Capitole etc), about a kilometre, if that. The hotel was clean and tidy, not luxurious, but you get what you pay for, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast (but had no fruit, which I would have liked). The bed was not particularly comfortable for someone with back problems like me. The shower took ages to warm up and took a lot of fiddling around with before getting the right heat, by which time, I'd finished. Also, I found having the towel rail in front of the basin slightly painful for my back as you have to bend further over the basin. I also suffered from food poisoning from eating infected tapas in town while there, so spent more time in the room than I would normally have done.

Rooms were clean, garage parking was challenging if you are not used to parking in tiny spaces. We had our room changed due to the smell of cigarette smoke but the staff was very patient and accommodating.

No AC for Some Rooms
I visited Toulouse in mid September and the weather is above 30C. As I traveled by myself I reserved a cheapest room. However, I didn't know until I got there that the cheapest room is without AC, where I could never sleep without it in such a weather. Thanks god they gave me an option of adding 18 EUR for changing to a room with AC.

Poor ventilation and mattress
The staff were friendly and the lobby and dining areas looked nice. However, my room was very stuffy due to no air conditioning and a small window which when opened, faced other windows of people in the hotel, as they only have the ground floor. The lingering fumes of paint did not help the ventilation situation. The mattress was very old and as such I had two terrible night sleeps.

Fantastic receptionist on my arrival who gave me a map and told me what to see. Very small room and bed but fine for the price. Good breakfast

I couldn't fault this Hotel
I couldn't fault this Hotel for my 2 night stay in Toulouse. Check-in was speedy and the nice lady on reception was very helpful. The room was very clean and everything worked fine. The room rates were very resonable. I will definatley stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Toulouse.

Good place to stay
We stayed here for 3 nights as part of a trip around southern France. It was a great place to stay, between the railway station and the centre of town, so convenient for travel and sightseeing. The room was comfortable, with a window which could be opened for fresh air. It opened onto a small courtyard, so was fairly private. The only downside was that there were no English TV channels on the bedroom TV. Breakfast was really good, with a good selection of food, juice, coffee etc. The breakfast room was appealing, and there was a small lounge area for watching TV and reading, with some books available as well. The staff were really good, especially the young man who checked us in, and gave us recommendations for restaurants and places to see.

Le personnel n'est pas aimable et compréhensible. J'ai été traité comme un voleur. La chambre était très petite et sale. Je n'avais pas d'eau chaude en hiver. Le petit déjeuner est extrêmement limité. Je déconseille vivement.

chambre très spartiate, environnement très bruyant et pas d'isolation entre les chambres. Le petit déj est très limité et ne démarre qu'à 7H. Pas possible de prendre un repas sur place. Ménage laissant à désirer. Accueil premier premier soir très cordial, par contre les autres jours pas agréable : à peine une salutation.

L’hôtel est bien situé pour visiter Toulouse. La taille de la chambre est tt a fait correcte. dans la salle de bain : - des cheveux au sol - miroir sale - odeur d'humidité - WC non fixés - Pas d’eau chaude - mal insonorisé ( vous entendez le capteur du couleur qui déclenche ls lumière à chaque passage ainsi que les conversations des voisins)

Personnel très disponible et très agréable. Prestation très correcte pour le prix et ce qui ne gâche rien.... à 2 pas du centre ville. Si je reviens à Toulouse il est certain que je logerai dans cet hôtel.

Nul à fuir....
L’isolation des murs est égale à une feuille de cigarette, on entend les autres chambres tant sur les discussions que sur les sanitaires... chambre donnant sur un petit patio avec d’autre fenêtre juste à côté. Peu d’eau chaude et sans pression.. personnellement je n’y retournerai pas...
