The hotel is pleasant and comfortable. The best part was the wonderful gentleman who was managing during our stay on the 22nd and 23 of May 2015. When we arrived we were having difficulty parking. He came out of the hotel and spoke to a fellow who then moved his van so that we could get in. It was very good of him. And there were other times during our stay when he went out of his way to assist us. We'd go back just for that. Hotel Heliot is a good place with very good people working there. Our room was clean and comfortable as was all of the hotel.

"Convenient and comfortable centrally located hotel"
Ours was something of a functional stay for one night before catching the plane home from Blagnac. However, I could not fault the hotel, with attentive staff, a comfortable and well appointed room (including a decent en suite with dual head walk-in shower). It also came replete with the only decent breakfast tea we had in a hotel room during 10 days in France.
I would also say that, unlike hotels around the Capitole, you actually stand a decent chance of free parking either side of the nearby canal (e.g. Boulevard de la Gare). That's not to be sniffed at in a city where the, admittedly excellent, underground car parks cost €26 per day.

The room was a pleasant surprise and more spacious than we expected. The kitchen area was small but workable and we were able to cook a couple of meals which was great after many hotel stays and eating out.

Really helpful staff and a clean hotel. The room i had was quite small and hot as it was on the 4th floor. However, rooms that others in the party had were quite good as in they were roomy and cooler. Notably one of the larger rooms was given to my son who was in the room on his own but my wife and i were put into the smallest room.
We were only in the room one night it was no big problem and it was more than made up by the fantastic service from the staff on reception.
The hotel is not far off the main streets but is quiet because of that.
I would stay there again however I would ask for a larger room next time.
