Across from Garde du Nord but

That is all the hotel offers. The lift was very slow, which is nerve racking when you have to take a train; the sink was clogged; the room was a lot smaller than they appear on their photos (deceiving advertising), but the staff was polite and helpful. Overall, overpriced.

Noisy environment. The cleaniness in the room is OK but shaddy. The design of washroom is terrible.

Dear Anonymous , We are deeply sorry for the unpleasantness during your stay. In a few month we will be opening the brand new part of the hotel , fully renovated. We hope to see there so you can experience it. At the reservation do not hesitate to ask a room facing the courtyard for a quiet room. Best Regards,

Right Oppiste Gare du Nord

The hotel is really old, the rooms are tiny. Served its purpose for us to right opposite the station but never again. Check in was quite ok but the staff at check out yesterday morning was quite rude and unapologetic.

Great location opposite Terminus Du Nord

Posted May 20, 2017
Pros: Location
Cons: Not know what
Location: see above comments
I liked opening french doors to balcony and viewing people on the Blvd.Great view from 4th floor.-I loved noise of the traffic and police sirens- I felt ' this is Paris ,-I can hear it and smell it'. I have arrived. Although, could not turn down ' Air conditioning '. Immediately downstairs, are some great terrace dining-and around the local boulevards-no need to cross town for some great food.

Pros: Location.
Hotel under renovation which we were unaware of. Only one lift working and facilities a bit make shift. No cold water on first morning due to contractors cutting pipe, although hotel says "not our fault". Like the location, convenient for Eurostar and staff generally very nice.

I was a bit disappointed

Posted May 16, 2017
Pros: next to the station
Cons: Refurbishment on going so maybe (in the future) it will have good value for money
Location: easy access to the station, the surroundings are not nice
The hotel is ok, not what you would expect paying so much: small room, uncomfortable access (due to on going works nobody told me about), not well maintained common areas of the hotel (corridors and so far ...)

Decent Place

Posted May 15, 2017 on Hotels
This was just a quick overnight stay as we were going to the airport of out Gare du Nord in the morning. Bed was comfy, room was decently large and was quiet after about 1030pm after the street noise died down, and the staff was friendly. Only downside I saw was the stained carpet, and not in just one place. Note that the hotel is undergoing refurbishment so there was only one elevator available. It's right across the street from the train station, there are some good restaurants nearby as well as good boulangeries.
