The hotel was just fine. Front desk was very efficient and helpful. Breakfast was great. Room was large and comfortable. Location was a long way out of the city but metro was close.

Lovely apartments.

I went with my two sons 13 and 10. We stayed on a studio. It was plenty room for all of us. The apartment have everything you could need. Fantastic location, nice areally good transport links. The staff were very helpful. I think the apartmentsame offer a fantastic value for money. It was perfect for us.

Great location for Versailles or the centre of Par

Pros: Having a suete than just a bed. Its location is perfect for Paris and Versalles
Cons: Sort the shower area out.
Location: Excellent location A tram station was located outside direct into Paris. Excellent food nearby
Great location. Nice to have a suete rather than just the room. Basic facilities in the bathroom were poor. The shower screen was too small the whole room got flooded each time a shower was taken also the mixer was broken. Lounge furniture was not a high standard but the kitchen area was nice to have.

The challenging part was there was no air conditioning and it was hot. Be okay in cooler temps because the window could open. The bed was okay . Kitchen was good. Bath room okay. Parking was really expensive in our view ( perhaps that is Paris) . The room was complete.

Pretty ok

Daytime receptionst bit rude.. not very helpful and saying she don't understand then spoke ok English.. but the other staff were very good in the night and arvo so didn't want to reflect my staff score on one person.. we stayed 5 nights..weren't aware about not getting room clean and also weren't aware could only get more towels once.. so next time we asked it was night before we left..luckily our other room had spare 2 towels..if we would've been told this on arrival we could've washed them after use in the laundry.. also had to ask for toilet paper. . this should be supplied every day without having to ask..other things we noticed was no shampoo coffee sachets etc that u normally get in hotels .. we had our own shampoo though..Rooms were pretty spacious..nothing really flash as they are old buildings.. but we were pretty happy with them.. oh the beds were hard..i had the comfiest..i slept on the bed settee..without pulling it out..lol..public transport right out the door.. coffee in vending machine was nice..overall recommended.. great rates for 2 rooms 5 day stay..I'd give 3.5 out of 5..

Great location, incorrect description of room

We booked a room for 4 with 2 double beds but this aparthotel does not have any rooms with this description. We ended up with 1 bed, 1 sofa and 1 mattress on the floor. Not a good option for families of 4. The staff simply didn't acknowledge the issue and said check with hotels.com. Location is very convenient to travel in Paris and Khushboo in reception was very friendly and helpful. Also, bad experience with hotels.com to have incorrect description for rooms.

Fantastic location and great value!

The appartment was unbelievable and only a short walk from Haymarket station so ideal location. We wish we'd had a longer stay to enjoy it more. No check-in or out hassle as access was via keypad. The appartment was ver modern and roomy.

Quality of service at front desk needs improvement

Sorry to tell you that the service at the front desk on Friday 14 July 2017 at 10:00 AM was not as polite/nice as the clients could expect from the hotel of your level.
