The room was small but adequate. Staff were EXTREMELY helpful, considerate and kind. AC was not working however Paris was cool/cold so we were able to open sliding glass door and it was comfortable. Towels were excellent with a large shower. You can walk to the Eiffel Tower easily. Cafes, restaurants were close and very good.

The Hotel Staff will bend backwards to make you feel special! The staff manager (David) was super kind, he would bring you a pot of special blends tea if you are working at the lobby, and constantly look after your needs. Highly recommended for a stay near the Eiffel Tower.

Pros: Very friendly staff. Great decor with very clever use of very cosy space. Seemed clean upon entry. Easy check-in. Close to metro, shops and sights. 2 out of 3 days was good fresh breakfast. Coffee machine (bring your own pods) Cons: cleaners will barge in without knocking. Cleaners will make the bed but throw anything on the bed in the floor. Coffee machine was not clean on arrival- I had to empty water and provide pods as only 2 provided. Deposit taken will not be returned until chased as I still haven’t received mine a week later.

A fabulous little hotel in an excellent location. Easy access to the metro and walking distance to the tower. A good food market and excellent patisseries just around the corner. Nothing too much trouble for the friendly staff. Good size, clean and well appointed rooms with comfortable beds and excellent bathrooms. Hotel Esteem will be our go to now whenever we go to Paris.

Great Room and Location for Families
We booked this hotel on a last-minute trip to Paris, and we are so glad that we did. We traveled with two young kids and two adults and stayed in a room with two separate bedrooms. The room is perfect for families! The staff was very friendly, and the facility/rooms were clean. It was also a great location. It's about a 15-20 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, and we preferred it because it was away from the tourist crowd. If you have kids, there is also a park, a mall, and a movie theater that is only 5 minutes walk away. Overall, a great location and property for families!

The property was nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They make it feel more like a B&B than a hotel, in a good way. The hallways and staircases are a little tight, but the room were big for European standards and comfortable. The Eiffel Tower is walkable from the hotel.

Besides the not easy parking and very small crazy parking lot our stay was great! For a small hotel the rooms where clean, view not so great, but comfortable. Very quiet and safe to walk about and around the neighborhood. Markets and restaurants very close by to walk, close to Eiffel towers and Galerie Lafayette. Walk along the Siene river and do a bit of a river cruise. Staff was wonderful each one of them helped us with any questions or concerns we had. All staff where friendly. Do recommend. The hotel it self look like it was remodeled, overall stay our hotel was the best.

Lovely boutique hotel. Only been open 3 weeks! Still finishing off renovations. Only criticism is that the doors are very loud heavy fire doors, our room was between 3 of these doors and we were woken up several times! The door to the bathroom is metal and also very loud….
