I had a nice stay and a nice dinner at the hotel. Parking my car was free and easy. The room was nice except I was at the end of a hall and the Wi-Fi was very spotty. I would stay again if I’m the area.

This hotel had a very strange approach to the truth even though they were small things they were annoying, one of the reasons we booked this hotel was because they had a swimming pool, we saw the photos of everyone swimming without hats however when we went to swim we were told we must wear a hat, we questioned this at reception and the answer ‘it would make the photos look ugly’ we have never been asked to wear hats to swim in and we have traveled around the world. They also advertise they sell tickets to go to some of the beaches in the area including the famous beach with the Rocks but when I enquired could I purchase them they said they don’t do that one the photos were examples of beaches not necessarily the ones they had tickets for. It seemed a bit strange Breakfast was very spasmodic as to what would be left to eat if at all, and though breakfast was 7- 10 during the week 10.30 at the weekend they started laying for lunch about 9.15 reducing the table options instead of ensuring there were enough breakfast options. one other thing about breakfast was the orange juice tasted like it had been reconstituted from powder, there is no excuse for having real orange juice. If you want a place that is clean with clinical Rooms this is the place for you.

Nice enough Hotel not dog friendly though
I booked to stay here one night with my dog. The hotel is nice enough and located (as a big resort reception type area) out of town. Unfortunately my room had 3 issues so l was moved to a superior room - not a great start as l had already unpacked - before l discovered a dirty toilet, a fridge that didn’t work and a TV with no functional satellite channels. New room satellite TV didn’t work either. Beware dog owners it says dog friendly but it isn’t. When you check in you are given a list of dog rules and a supplemental bill for €15. Dogs aren’t allowed in the restaurant area or the breakfast room. You are told to leave them in your car. They also have to be leashed at all times. Angelo at breakfast was very kind and sympathetic towards me after he witnessed my dog being thrown out literally. Other dog owners were angry and spoke to me about having to pay a supplement and not being allowed to take your dog anywhere. Honestly this hotel should not advertise itself as pet friendly when it clearly isn’t.

We booked specifically for the spa and massage gym facilities . Knowing it was out of main town. Arrived to find out only one staff for massage, we booked two so had to wait for one to go first etc. Massage was like a light skin brush even when asked for harder. Both of us agreed this wasn’t satisfying. I did really like the ice and wet sauna plus the relaxation chairs/room. Our room was very far away considering hotel wasn’t busy at all. Could hear next doors bathrooms walls so thin, even two doors up. Reminded me more of a airport hotel. Very very basic. One wall body wash that’s all and not even real towels, more similar to tea towels as bath towels. Breakfast was full of choice but didn’t taste very good. We cancelled our second night to move. Easy parking, manger seemed nice on departure.

The staff, especially reception and the dining room people, were friendly and helpful. The grounds are fantastic and well kept. The breakfast is probably one of the best we’ve had in Puglia, with lots of good choices, including scrambled eggs, although somewhat cold. The size of the buffet table made up for the eggs, which are unusual for breakfast in Italy anyway. We enjoyed our stay. Our room was quiet and a good size. The only complaints we had were that, (1) the shower is very small (we’re not big people, but it was an unusually tight cubicle) and the sliding doors made getting in somewhat awkward, (2) the floor in the shower is somewhat slippery, too, and (3) the air conditioner in the room was quite loud and not all that effective. Reception was very quick to respond to our complaint and had the noise looked at, although that wasn’t as successful as one might hope. As for the temperature in the room, we were there during a heat wave and it did not cool comfortably. Reception reset the temperature setting remotely to 17.5... the room should have felt like a fridge at that low setting, but it did not come down effectively during our 3 day stay. Otherwise, we were fine in the common areas. The hotel has plenty of parking and is easily accessible. We wished it hadn’t been quite as remote and that we could walk to town, but that was not possible, as it’s off the highway and not actually in Manfredonia. It would be a great venue for a gathering or wedding.

The hotel is undergoing renovations and will be bright and cheerful when completed. The bathroom could use some storage for personal items. Regiohotel is really a conference hotel so is rather remote but works well if you are passing through for a night or two. The staff is very helpful in providing information on restaurants and activities.

Great Value
For the price (~$60/night), the hotel punched well above its weight in terms of cleanliness and condition. A little uncomfortable due to the air conditioning not being enabled, but otherwise a pleasant stay. Breakfast was decent as well.

mediocre convention hotel set in the middle of nowhere between fields and an industrial estate but not far from gargano. room was nice, but one could hear the guests across the hall who were quite active. friendly staff who spoke excellent English. good breakfast. the menu for dinner is poor: not only was there barely any choice but half of it was from frozen ingredients, also lots of it tasted as if then from the tin. another minus is that the place calls itself a wellness hotel but asks a ridiculous extra charge for just one sauna, jacuzzi and steam bath, things which are included in many decent hotels. looked at their treatment menu and the charges are far too high.

We just want to clear any doubt about the food and the rest of the service: - 1 choice for each course could be frozen, usually the food. the rest is fresh food. Wellness experience is not included (as spotted in the reservation details). Rates are cheaper than other hotel because guests are free to add Wellness access or not. Including the wellness could be a good policy but the most of the times you pay it as higher rates. We hope you could come back in Manfredonia

For 4 * hotel I expected better looking room. Poor quality old furniture poor bathroom quality. You should definitely think of renovation. Besides the room hotel looks nice outside. Very friendly stuff.

We stayed here for 5 nights in Manfredonia. The PROS: beautiful hotel grounds and building. Spacious rooms and beautiful balcony view. Free parking onsite and restaurant onsite if you don't feel like driving into the city to find food. Onsite spa available. CONS: generally very unfriendly staff that never smiled all week. Very uncomfortably warm rooms with a/c fully controlled by reception staff. Overpriced restaurant food with very small portions. Located distantly from the city center on the outskirts of town. Loud parties held in convention location here keeping you up till 2 AM with management not caring about how this bothers sleeping guests. Staff & Management should really consider good proper customer service training!

The hotel was fine for an overnight. It was difficult to find as the address listed could not be found by my phone GPS. The breakfast was typical continental plus meat and cheese. There was nothing else in the surrounding area.

Super clean rooms and nice bathroom. The whole hotel was really nice with the exception of the pool. Don't be mistaken the pictures are correct but is you feel the walls of the pool or look on the bottom, you can see a feel the slim. So disgusting. The service was even worse with a feel nice people. The food was stale and old. Italy is renown for its fresh food but not this place. At least the room was clean and the bathrooms looked as though they had been recently remodeled. Typical European two twins pushe together to make a queen bed. And only one key card that you have to use to power the whole room so don't expect to charge your phone while swimming in their non chlorinated pool.

Decent Hotel - Industrial zone
The place is average in most respects, decent room, tiny TV, no English channels and bad reception. Odd pool rules (don't plan on using it much), on freeway but in predominantly industrial area (quarry close by, odd smell), convenient access to Gargano locations, average breakfast.

We arrived late at night and the receptionist was kind to give us directions. Some were posted on the highway and were lost at an intersection where we took the right turn instead of left (hotel is located outside the city on the side of Agip, past the little bridge overpassing the highway). We were granted late check-out and had- unusually for Europe - free parking, free internet and free breakfast (although we did not take the last offer due to rest hours after our long trip). The only downturn was the Karaoke allowed in the lobby (Sun and Mon) with a loud microphone. However, sound was relatively muffled in the room. Our view was opposite of the mountain on the courtyard, not much to see but clean and well taken care of. Toiletries could use an update and mattress is quite hard but sheets were very clean. TV had some channel options although signals were intermittent. We saved this GPS location for future use and strongly recommend them over other expenses choices on the E coast of the Adriatic Sea.

the hotel caters to the businessman with all the ammenities and an excellent buffet breakfast. however, the facility hours are user unfriendly. the pool closed during the hottest hours of the day, the spa has banker hours and costs extra to use. the room's a.c. is controlled at the front desk and you can ask to turn it on and they will ignore you. we were subject to an italian wedding that stared at 7:00 p.m. and finished at 2:00 a.m. right outside our room. it was unforgiveable. it you don't have a car you are screwed. oh yeah and Manfredonia is a desert of rocks, cactus, olive trees. looks just like baja california

Great budget hotel to visit Gargano by car
Very nice hotel with a good price. It's not a resort, but a business hotel that also has a beautiful pool area. I used it as base to visit the Gargano peninsula by car and staying there for three nights.

Handy for the Area
The hotel lies close to the Autostrada so is well placed. Ideal stop for tour buses, but don't let that put you off. Conference hotel but not so large as to be impersonal. Spa is a useful extra.

Typical Business Hotel -- Well Run But Lacking Charm
This is a business hotel with all the amenities: pool, spa service, restaurant and bar on site, elevators, plenty of free parking, and easy access from a major road. BUT this hotel, while very efficient and seviceable, lacks any "soul"; there is nothing "special" about it for the non-business traveller and its restraurant food was very ordinary.
