The Worst Hotel Experience I've Ever Had

Pros: Finally being able to leave
Cons: Customer service, front desk, the entire company
Location: Garland, TX. Lots of things to do in Dallas, like try to be able to get your deposit back.
To begin, my guys were expected to put down a $50 deposit, which I've never heard of. Honestly I think he picked them due to the fact that they are construction workers. Furthermore, I couldn't put it on the company card over the phone. The front desk was rude, and had no interest in helping us. When we found out they wouldn't be able to work there that week, we attempted to cancel the reservation. He informed us that he would not, and it would have to be cancelled on the Expedia end. Once again, he did not care and had zero interest in helping us. I spent and hour and fifteen minutes on the phone, and Expedia eventually ate some of the cost, which I appreciated. When I contacted Wyndam, the parent company, they were rude as well and said the reservation had never existed (sounded like they were covering their tracks). The front desk was rude to me, rude to my guys, had no interest in helping us, treated us like we were doing something wrong, and made this the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The customer service was no better. I will never do any business with another Wyndam company whether personal, or for my company.

Close to walmart

The hotel is in a great location right if the fwy and there is a cool amf bowling alley right begind it as well as a walmart both walking distance the property is in overall good shape

I dont like how the hotel staff because they got mad because i bring some flowers to the room and i spread of in the bed for special date and when were check out they call me and tell me the are. Dont want me to booking to that location anymore they said a did i big disaster. So i dont like it

Overall nice clean room, great variety of breakfast. Clean beds tv was in a great position, quiet and my family was very comfortable would visit again.
