convenient and clean

Pros: convenient and clean
Cons: microwave and mini fridge in handicap rooms
Location: close to all the places we visited
The rooms were clean, staff was helpful and polite. great location for what we needed.

Pros: That is was right next to Denny's & the Frwy.
No refrigerator, had a hard time turning shower on and the floor was wet from a leak.

Nice room, 0 staff, no coffee, broken ice machine

Pros: The room was spacious and roomy.
Cons: A more responsive management and staff.
Location: There are lots of food places to eat and places to shop if you dared to leave (you can't figure out how to get back in.)
The worst part about this hotel was it's location. You can leave but because of the roads all being divided or one way, you just can't return. Trying to get back into the hotel is like a maze. The noise off I-635 right next door is deafening and very unpleasant. Rooms were nice, well maintained and clean; however, the staff and manager were nowhere to be seen (hiding?) and the ice machine on my floor kept breaking, and even the measly offering of coffee in the morning was missing on my 3rd morning because THAT broke too! No swimming pool for the kiddies and no amenities in the room.

Not too bad we were 1st given one non smoking room but smelled a lot like smoke they changed us to another that was better but people smoke outside so of course the smell comes in. Looks like it is being remodeled i'm not a picky person so I probably would stay again.

this was great for what we used it for just a place to sleep. great two king size beds housekeeping was nice and friendly
