Worst hotel Ive ever stayed in. Had to change rooms because of cockroaches. Rooms filthy. Coffeepot cord was cut off. No phone in room. Sheets ripped and burned. No continental breakfast was served at all. Pool and hot tub were closed and empty. No listed amenity was offered to guests.

I made an error on location on line, stuck with the reservation, the hotel had no free breakfast, that they offered on line, the nose coming from the walls from other guest where 24/7. The cable wifi was no good at all, the rooms where not clean. Especially for discount on Sunday night $70 rate on night rip off. Extremely dissatisfied.

Disastrous experience. I will highly recommend to avoid this place even if this hotel offers free stays. The bedding was torn. When we requested to change the bedding, they mentioned that room service is not available. The bathroom tub had rust and fungus around. The toilet was unstable. The room walls had holes. This was such a pathetic experience that I am going to avoid Wyndham hotels completely going forward. The hotel chains should perform some basic audit if the services provided by the hotels at ground level. Will absolutely avoid Wyndham now for all by stay.

The security camera outside the room had been spray painted. The tv was missing as if someone had stolen it. Walls and floor were filthy. The ceiling over the tub had black mold and looked like it might cave in the way the paint was peeling and sagging. The sheets and comforter had cigarette burns in this supposedly non- smoking room. The room also smelled like cigarettes. We refused to stay and received a refund. The place needs to be reported to the health department

This place needs a facelift. The pool and hot tub were empty and the exercise room was more like storage. Insilation hanging down from the ceiling. It looked like there was a working treadmill but it was past a big mess. Service was friendly, beds are comfortable enough. Refrig and microwave always a plus. Hard floors were nice in room. Carpet would of been dirty im sure.

We chose this property because they advertised free breakfast and an indoor pool. My granddaughter loves to swim. When we arrived we found out that the pool was “out of order” and the only free breakfast was coffee in the lobby. We also requested a non smoking room and our room very strongly smelled of cigarette smoke. I called the front desk and reported the smell. All she said was “I’m sorry ma’am, that is a no smoking room” We will not stay here in the future and we do not recommend this property. Very disappointing for a Wyndham sponsored property.

Didn't use the laundry but hope if is available in next trip. Also, one of the vending machines (snacks) the big one, doesn't take coins or bills. I could have been doing it the wrong way. Very kind staff

Waited for a long time in the lobby for someone to appear to check me in. People were loitering in the parking lot. Late at night, someone banged on the next room's door for hours. The place felt creepy. Hair dryer and coffee maker were broken.

Looks like two companies booked this . I wasn't on a trip just trying to get from house to an apartment safe.y. Had to mop up water from shower and bruised my arm trying to get out of it. NO laundry. Hard to get in and out of property Street people living at the door. Frightening

At first was OK with a lady named Amy. She wasn't there that much. The issues are the following" =Street people sleeping at the door all hours. Afraid to leave at times. = Shower did not work and the liner was cloth so it soaked up all the water, that did not fall on the floor. had to mop it up myself as it was at night. NO ONE THERE ARE NIGHT ON THE DESK OR REAHABLE. = NO LAUNDRY FACILIIES. Before I knew about laundry machines being broken I tried to take my clothes to the third floor ,guest laundry, and the elevator doors came back so fast I could barely get out of it. I WANT MY MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY. SENT THIS AL TO THE WYNDHAM. When I tried totake ashower, the towels were so far away I had to crawl to get them over wet floor. Hurt my arm . Didn't report all ot this to the staff as they did not seem concerned. WHEN CAN I GET M Y MONEY BACK. Am on Social Security and it is hard to live. GET BACK WITH ME TODAY. Access to the property was limited by construction. There were homeless people sleeping in the stairs. the windows had no locks. the room smelled like smoke. there is no free breakfast. The night attendant said the pool was available for use at 7am. Dayshift told me the pool was closed for repairs. They charged me more money than what was posted on expedia. Not recommended.

On their web page they stated they would have a refrigerator and microwave and coffee pot in my room I had none of those three items. Also the sink leads and there were cockroaches in the room.

Extremely upset. I booked a room after careful consideration of all options with super 8 on my father's credit card. Was confirmed of my reservation and itinerary. After driving in unsafe conditions and hazardous road conditions, extremely tired and looking forward to a shower and a good night's sleep, I was informed that hotel was overbooked by front desk. Said she will return my money to my father's card. Not happy a and to this hour I'm still not been refunded. Now I'm out of options o of where to lay my head.

The area around the hotel looked very sketchy. The lobby was dirty and smelled bad. We didn't get to stay there because they double booked and didn't have any rooms for us, I had booked two rooms days before. Staff was rude. They never answered their phones, I had been calling them all day to let them know we were arriving late but never answered the phone. TERRIBLE PLACE

Breakfast was included when booking but no breakfast was provided at property. Very disappointed. The indoor pool and hot tub were said to be broken and never opened. It states 24/7 front desk but when attempted to contact multiple times could not get in contact. To top it off a few bugs were found in the room. This unacceptable service made for a horrible stay. Hopefully, reviews like this will alert management to shape up or ship out.

32 years of stay hotels and metals, this one was worst ever i been, dirty, smells bad holes on walls,shower no work due to broken pipes, no hot water, water runing inside the wall, heat sounds like old diesel truck, cockroaches runing all over....overall not good place stay nor spend your money....

Worse experience ever!! We did not want to leave our car unattended due to the large amount of people loitering around the entrance of the hotel and there was trash everywhere. The staff acted very inconvenienced that we were checking in. Our room had smears and stains on every wall. The baseboards were covered in filth. There were bugs, mold in and out of the shower. there was no hot water and no water pressure. The microwave was from the 80's with pieces missing on the inside wall and had no rotating plate. Random people knocking on the door asking for random people. The manager was literally yelling at a guest in the hallway in front of our room at 4am, because that was the best time to address his issues. Do not rent a room here unless you need hourly rate accomodations.

Booked online for the indoor pool (should have read reviews first) so when my kids and I got there and the lobby smelled strongly of marijuana, I tried to be optimistic that it could have been someone just passing through and give this place a chance. But the elevator barely worked, the door keys didn’t, and there was a hole in the wall of our room; we did not feel safe, asked for a refund and stayed elsewhere. I will say, the desk clerk was polite and attempted to be helpful, but it could not make up for the condition of this property.

This hotel's breakfast concept is just serving coffee. The room that we stayed at didn't have any functional dryer, coffee maker. Bed was making noise and uncomfortable. The lights were in disarray and out. We had to kill a cockroach!? in the room.Extremely disappointed

We were getting smoking smell in hotel room. Room was next to lift and so noisy. I woke up two times at night. There was a middle door between the room which was locked but I don't why it was there couldn't feel safe. I would not recommend for some one travelling with Family.

The staff was not friendly and couldn't comprehend the English language. When we went inside the room it was dirty and falling apart. A lamp didn't have a shade, hole in the wall, baseboard trim was missing in spots, the cooling/heating unit needed to be replaced and I killed four bugs. The hotel needs a make over
