Hotel is located in a perfect place. We had no trouble finding anything and where amazed how central we were for what we wanted to see and do. The highlight is madison square garden across the road. Pre holiday we were able to easily get tickets to four events which filled our evenings
Clean, friendly hotel in convenient location. Queen sized beds great for families of four. Hotel was quiet despite the hustle and bustle of NYC.
When we arrived to the room it was a bit small but very comfy. The staff was very nice and helpful. There are close restaurants in the hotel on the 2nd floor and a nice roof top bar!
We are a family of 6. The rooms are huge, especially for New York. We could spread out and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom was big as well. The staff was so helpful. This was my 3rd time to New York and definitely by far the best hotel stay. I highly recommend it.
Clean rooms, friendly staff, and very helpful Highly recommended for families
Very nice staff, conveniently located in Manhattan.
Found this hotel online after staying at a nearby hotel and moving (bad experience there). This was a great hotel and I've stayed at dozens in NYC. Great location near Madison Square Garden and Times Square and Subways. Will go back for sure.
Room was in fine condition, and has a good location. Only con was that the air ventillation system in the bathroom turns on/off with the light, so every time a guest used the bathroom, he/she was accompanied by a loud buzzing sound.
I really enjoyed this hotel. The best thing about it was there was no carpeting in the room. It was modern and clean. The breakfast was very good. There was a wide variety of items. It was quiet and comfortable. We did a lot of walking, but we were also close to the subway station. I highly recommend ...
The hotel is in a great location, right near Port Authority bus and subway terminal which makes getting around super easy. It is also 4 blocks from Times Square which makes it perfect for a first time visit. The staff were super helpful and were really acommodating about leaving our bags in storage. ...
Great location but the hotel is getting tired. We have stayed here many times and an update would be great. Our fridge was all dented and missing a support leg so wobbled when trying to use it.
Out of my 3 day stay I spent a total of 1 hour and 15 minutes waiting on the elevator. There are 32 floors in the hotel and 2 elevators and the amount of time spent waiting on the elevator was unacceptable especially when the alternative route of the stairs was inconvenient in that we had to walk ...
This hotel was perfectly placed in midtown Manhattan and within walking distance to many of the tourist sites. Times Square is just a few blocks away; The Empire State Bldg is literally around the corner; 5th Avenue shopping is around the corner; Rockefeller Center is also just a few blocks away. ...
If you want to stay in NYC and be close to main landmarks; this is the perfect hotel. Plus, hotel staff is amazing and the hotel is very clean.
The stay was wonderful and very friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Close to all attractions and broadway shows.
Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Broadway and Times Square. Wish the staff was a little more pleasant. Rooms are okay by New York standard, decent vale for the money. Good breakfast as well if you are rushing
We really enjoyed our stay at the Element by Weston. Situated in the hart of Manhattan, this hotel provides pleasant looking rooms, speedy elevators, excellent location, and an awesome friendly staff. Parking right across the street that gives preferred rate to Element hotel guests. Would definitely ...
Easy access to public transportation. Stayed with 13 teenagers on a school trip. When a Nor'easter cancelled our flights, the staff helped us find rooms at another hotel. Good breakfast- eggs, sausage/bacon, toast, bagels, fruit. Rooms are a little small, but probably par for the city.
