Families stay away

Pros: Low cost, close to the highway, large fridge
Cons: Friendlier staff, more comfortable beds, fix the smell in the halls and room, ask police to drive by every once in a while.
Location: The location was great. It was close to the highway and I had easy access to the airport and Raleigh. Close restaurants.
What a terrible experience. There is no lobby. The front desk person sat at a small desk in a tiny locked room. She never took her eyes off her computer the whole time she checked me in and took two personal calls while I was standing there as well. There was no power in my room the first night and I couldn't call anyone because the "front desk person" leaves and closes the office at 5pm. The bed was as hard as a rock and the room and hall way smelled. To cap it off, there was a prostitute outside my window on the first floor looking for business with her male "employer." Thankfully I wasn't traveling with my family. The room was super cheap so it kinda worked for me as I only needed the room to sleep at night. On the positive side, it was close to the airport and the highway. It also had a full fridge which was nice.

Not so "Suite"

The rooms and hallways were really smokey since there aren't any balconies or any other way to ventilate the smoke. The bed was really uncomfortable and the receptionist that night was really rude. The microwave didn't work in our room, we stayed Friday through Sunday morning and when I called the front desk about the microwave there wasn't anything they could do until Monday (after our check out). That's understandable that someone can't come out on the weekend but if the rooms were cleaned and looked over after every checkout then they would've known it wasn't working. Which made me wonder what else wasn't cleaned or looked over!

Awful

The receptionist couldn't be bothered. They gave away my room even though I had a reservation number. And I went up to my friends non smoking room and it reeked of cigarettes. It was awful.

Don't stay here!

We arrived late and had to wait for a desk person to come check us in. She was not pleasant at all and rude. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and stale smoke smell in the halls and room. I have allergies and had to use my inhaler several times due to the smoke smell. The bathroom shower curtain curved rod was installed backwards so the shower curtain would touch you....had to shower with one hand holding the shower curtain away from your body. VERY GROSS!!!

My room was very clean and overall clean. No bugs that I've seen. However poor water pressure I guess bc on third floor and beds alil to hard. Laundry facility very clean. Seems to be safe. My kids were happy.

Bare bones, bring everything

Bare bones room. No soap, shampoo, or hair dryer. They charge for coffeemakers. Also not even coffee in lobby.
