I have stayed at several extended stays and I had never had to pay for pots pans and cleaning of the room. I am so unhappy about this

Horrible place!

Bed was hard as a rock. Room smelled of smoke. Sounded like guests above us were having a wrestling match and moving furniture ALL NIGHT. Very disappointed.

worse stay ever

Awful, there was a roach in one of dressed drawers and hotel smells like mold. and mildew no Wi-Fi if wanted it was extra.

Hot as Hades

A/C broke stayed all weekend like that called two more days before someone showed up, changed thermostat worked fairly one day then back to hot air. Commode issues too. Decided not to extend another week.

Make reservation before closing time.

I entered my reservation online while traveling and reach my destination, only to find there was no attendant. I had to call the hotel reservation line and someone came to the office and I felt I was a burden to them because it was after hours for them and no notice online that the office would be closed at 4:00 PM in the afternoon on a Saturday.

40 degree day

Families stay away

Pros: Low cost, close to the highway, large fridge
Cons: Friendlier staff, more comfortable beds, fix the smell in the halls and room, ask police to drive by every once in a while.
Location: The location was great. It was close to the highway and I had easy access to the airport and Raleigh. Close restaurants.
What a terrible experience. There is no lobby. The front desk person sat at a small desk in a tiny locked room. She never took her eyes off her computer the whole time she checked me in and took two personal calls while I was standing there as well. There was no power in my room the first night and I couldn't call anyone because the "front desk person" leaves and closes the office at 5pm. The bed was as hard as a rock and the room and hall way smelled. To cap it off, there was a prostitute outside my window on the first floor looking for business with her male "employer." Thankfully I wasn't traveling with my family. The room was super cheap so it kinda worked for me as I only needed the room to sleep at night. On the positive side, it was close to the airport and the highway. It also had a full fridge which was nice.
