In the area we wanted to stay for the evening.

Cons: Extent hours breakfast is served.
Received a very warm welcome on arrival and offered a cup of tea. Provided with a lot of local information which was beneficial. Lovely room, excellent breakfast menu to choose from and overall made to feel very welcome.

Luxury and wonderful views

Posted May 24, 2017
Pros: Location and the welcome
Cons: Nothing, this is perfection.
Location: Excellent information folder and suggestions from the owner.
Although about ten miles from Ullapool, it is worth every minute of the journey which skirts the Loch. It is pure luxury. A genuine welcome awaits you and probably the best breakfast served in Scotland.

A lovely stay

A lovely B & B, location amazing - off the beaten track, with sheep and lambs walking on the lane and a spectacular view of the loch. The owner has a smallholding and keeps sheep, chickens and cows and has 3 sheepdogs. Lovely dogs - we went for a walk down the lane one afternoon and the dogs came with us! to show us the way I think. If you don't like dogs, don't worry as they do not come in the house.

Ideal Highland getaway

Posted Apr 6, 2017
Up a single-track road beside a loch, this is an extremely upmarket B&B, with hotel-level room facilities and a gourmet breakfast, but with a delightful personal welcome and intimate atmosphere. The sitting-room is open for guests to relax in and admire the view of Loch Broom. Incredibly quiet and peaceful but within easy reach of Ullapool, with its excellent Arches Inn restaurant and, of course, of some of the most beautiful scenery in the world. Highly recommended.

This B&B is a little off-the-beaten path, but with spectacular natural views and a cozy vibe. Definitely recommended for those who want to unplug and go off the grid—an if you want to tap back in, Ullapool is only a 20-minute drive away.

Great B&B

Great B&B, freindly and helpful host, room was comfortable and spacious, only improvements i can think of would be to have a larger bed and a little easier access to the bathroom/bathroom light.
