Centrally located but rooms are so so

Centrally located hotel but room and hotel had a very musty smell. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Missing

My daughter miss her backpack in the room and I called hours later after my check-out and they never accepted it. My little daughter really missing her backpack and belongs

Terrible Hotel for the Value

Pros: The only positives about this location is the service level of the restaurant staff. THEY ARE EXCELLENT. The location is also great. THATS IT!
Cons: This entire hotel needs updating, and needs to learn the true meaning of hospitality and service. I will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.
Location: Sorry ran out of space. Also want to note that the gym was covered with ants all over machines,floor. Staff doesnt clean that area bc floor was gross
My first time staying here was in June and the initial room they put me in was dirty and smelled like mold. I was part of a group traveling for business for few nights,booked via expedia. I immediately called and requested a room change which management tried fighting me out of. I guess they dont care about guests that book via expedia. The last night of our stay a member was arriving for 1 nt but eneded up rushed to hospital & unable to make his stay. I explained to both hotel & expedia and show proof. Expedia kidly offered cancel the charge so long as the hotel would as well and given the circumstance I assumed they would kindly oblige. My team spent over $3k USD in meals during our stay not to mention room charges. To my surprise they refused and were rude about it. Last week I had last minute work trip and not much other availabiity in the area so I booked, BOY WAS THIS A TERRIBLE IDEA! I decided to spend on club level room which was still stuffy and nothing upgraded. The first night my AC wasnt working so I called maintance. They came 2 times the next day and never fixed it. After going all the way to GM I finally got them to change room at midnight. I was exhausted and hadnt slept the night before nor able to be comfortable in my room btwn mtgs. The next day all I was offered was a measly 50% off my breaksfast which technically I got for free in club level. THIS HOTEL LACKS SERVICE not to mention terrible banging all hours of night and day between repairs and in hallway

Nice hotel, great location

Ac didn't work the first couple of days. They sent maintenance crew to repair, but it didn't resolve the issue. Was not offered another room, when I asked for another room was told there is an upcharge. But overall the food was good, service was excellent. It is what it is.

Rude people at the front desk.

Real rude people at front desk. I went do try to exchange currency 3 different occasions and not once did they have money. They charge you for a full night if someone that is not register needs to go up to the room for whatever reason. A co worker could not help me take things up to the room because he was not registered. That was absurd to me, i explained the situation and they did not care, they tried to bill me $1300 pesos. Never again will I book with this chain

Ok hotel

I ask for a coffee machine 3 times and never arrived. I requested my 15% discount on food for my stay in a VIP expedia hotel, the girlg had no clue so she didnt even check. I had executive room with the complementary breakfast but on sunday is close so we were send to the normal restauran and we were charge 8 dollars extra for eating hot foods. I asked the waiter not to talk about money and charges infront of my guesst and yet he did.. is it a good hotel? Yes. Would I stay there again? Sure. Would I saty there having other choices? No

The Hotel Camino Real, located in Monterrey Mexico

Pros: Most everything
Cons: Understanding that Camino Real is pricing EVERYTHING according to status, but You are Not London.
Location: Location is great
It is a Class A hotel All personnel are very helpful and assisting, My only problem is Pricing it equates to Monaco??

Nice hotel , walking distance to many things. Very clean and modern. Would be coming back to this hotel .
