Nice hotel

It's a perfect hotel and very nice location, clean, confort bed, good a/c, very good for the price Good breckfast

Centric and priced reasoable to stay 3+ days

Useless staff

We arrived to staff who were confused as to where our reservation was and had no idea what to do about it. Although i had conformation and all. They we into the back room and did not communicate to us about what was happening as we stood there waiting. They wanted to charge us for parking but it clearly stated free parking on the reservation. They would not let us drive our vehicle into the parking garage. Told us we could not access our vehicle untill we were leaving! It was surprising for a hotel in a large city to be so disorganized, after staying at hotels in small towns who always knew what was going on.

Your "buffet " policy is full of s..t

Any thing we order at the bar (food, drinks, snacks, etc) takes at least 15 mins to be ready. Even if no customerse around. The buffet meals are so commercial for the price. If you want to get two tray, one with fruit, cereal and juice, and one with coffee bread and eggs, they will charge you twice! The came with something like "ah well there are two guest on your room, so we have to charge you for the other person." REALLY? A buffet is all you can eat! So if that's the deal then charge the tiny-bitty room per person! So, f.....g i....s!
