Lovely little motel. Rates, room and staff all met our expectations. A little difficult carrying luggage up to second floor, but view from balcony was worth the strained muscles!

We enjoyed our stay and when we decided to stay an extra day the staff went out of their way to make it happen! Who does that nowadays? Thank you so much! Very clean in every respect. The view is breathtaking at sunrise!

The outside stairs we did not like at our age. Thats all the rest was perfect. Had to leave early . Daughter was in paliative care to get to hospital. She died on friday.

Unfortunately after 10pm when our party was asleep, our room was accessed by another couple who had been issued the same room key! They turned on the light and caused quite a start.

nous n'y retournerons plus jamais. 1 étoile sur 5
nous avons réservé sur hotel.com avec le paiement de la chambre à l'hôtel, à notre arrivée la réceptionniste a essayé de nous faire payer plus d'argent que ce que nous devions payer plus 15 $ par jour pour le chiot qui n'était pas écrit nul part sur leur site ou hotel.com. l'hôtel est très mal insonorisé et on entend effectivement le voisin parler, le bâtiment et à l'intérieur de la chambre sent le vieux et la moisissure, sur un des lits la couverture sentait mauvais et le lit sur lequel la couverture était propre, le lit craquait terriblement.initialement nous avons payé 5 jours avec la carte de débit à l'hôtel et nous sommes partis 2 jours plus tôt en raison des conditions dans la chambre, nous avons demandé à être remboursé pour les 2 jours restants et la réceptionniste nous a menti en nous disant que le remboursement se fait sur le site à hotel.com, plus tard j'ai appris de hotel.com qu'on nous avait menti et qu'ils devaient nous rembourser sur place car nous avions payé à l'hôtel avec la carte de débit, même aujourd'hui je n'ai pas pu récupérer l'argent pour le 2 jours. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel motel et nous n'y retournerons plus jamais. 1 étoile sur 5 chambres, 1 étoile sur 5 hôtel motel, position 3 étoiles sur 5, très éloigné du centre, service client 2 étoiles sur 5, 0 etoiles sur 5 pour etre remboursee.

Oui en effet des frais de 15$ par jour s'applique pour le chien. Il est possible d'annuler 24 heures avant sans frais. Puisque vous avez réserver avec hotels.com, si ils désirent enlever les frais, nous somme prêt à le faire nous aussi. Il faut faire une modification sur la plate forme expédia pour le nombre de nuités pour corriger la situation.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The check-in clerk did not speak English. However, the staff member that served us breakfast did speak English, and actually provided some travel tips when we told her we were going to Gaspe for the day. Breakfast is continental, but we found it was enough for the 3 days. Unfortunately the weather was cold and we could not use the pool.

The hotel is very outdated. We've got a broken mosquito screen in our room - it was outside the windows when we check-in (room 9). Later they put it in, but it didn't close properly. The lighting in the room was insufficient - the lamps are outdated and we had a difficulty to turn it on and off. Not enough storage in the room - we barely had a place to put our bags. Hotel - you have to remember that people are coming from far away and for few nights, therefore they have some more than just a toothbrush. Breakfast - sufficient, the issue for us was that staff doesn't know basic English (a senior couple that we met in 2 mornings) - not a good experience. Location - OK, but you have to drive to city center and park there for money. The best view is actually shown on a picture with the pool. Most of the views are obstracted by power line. Bottom line - the hotel is pricy relatively to the room conditions and level of service. I'd not recommend it to families.

Beautiful place, very friendly staff. Great location and value for money. We woke up at 5 to catch the sunrise and opening the curtains, had an amazing view of the morning light over Roch de Percé

The location is 3 min drive from the touristic village of Perce and they provide free parking there too. The room was old but clean. Staff were friendly and nice breakfast.

The Motel is little bit far from the village, however, the view is nice. Also, the rooms are ok for the price. People were nice to us and check-in was easy.

Nice hotel a bit out of town
Small language barrier at check in. Larger room with nice balcony. 1 shared microwave in hall. Bed and shower were comfortable. Fridge in room. Away from the main tourist shops and everywhere is paid parking. List of TV channels but not many working.
