I liked the location and easy walking distance to Gastown as well as the shuttle area down at Canada Place. Small place though, no pool.

Very nice staff and super clean hotel. Great location to walk anywhere in town.

Close to Gastown and the port

Comfortable accomodations close to interest areas. A boutique hotel now instead of the typical Ramada chain. Would stay again.

I was greeted immediately. All staff members were extremely courteous and friendly. I have never experienced that before. All services were explained. And I would stay there again.

left and asked for refund - room was tiny, smelly & dingy. I stay in Vancouver all the time. This was the worst value I have encountered. You can do much better for the price

Convenient walking to many places and to stops for the Hop-On Hop-Off bus lines. Room was fine. Only issues were internet (apparently at times when everyone was on) and TV controller - never could figure out the cheap controller-it didn't work properly. Otherwise, I'd stay here again.

People were nice. Good location. Valet was nice. Hotel elevator was tiny and slow and only had one. Hidden parking fees. Very expensive. Don't let the lobby fool you, the room is like a hostel. Wouldn't recommend.
