"The lobby and lifts stank. The room was freezing, miserable and the bathroom was so full of mould. I arrived late and was greeted by dogs barking and people hiding in dark corners of the car park and I immediately felt unsafe. Was then greeted by a lobby full of homeless people, who were very polite. Check in was fine and staff were polite. The room itself was horrid. Freezing cold, outdated, and with a mouldy bathroom. The walls were so thin you could hear everything. If it hadn’t have been so late I would have left straight away as it was disgusting"
