"I only gotta stay for a few hours, but the hours I spent there were incredible. The room was beautiful and I had a really good time. Thanks for the shower. Thanks for cleaning up my floor water and thank you for letting my friends grab my stuff and bring it to the hospital. I paid $504 to go there and I only stayed for the afternoon because I had to go to the hospital and I was wondering if Expedia was gonna be able to reimburse me or if the Eagle Hotel could. My husband and I and our son are all students so we could use the money back if that’s OK thank you so much for letting me stay wonderful hotel. I would love to show it to my husband and my son in the future. I don’t know when."

"The staff was great, i arrived early and i was able to check in which was very helpful. My first night the room i had ended having a firm mattress and i found out i couldn't sleep on it without pain. When i asked the staff if there was any way i could change to a room with a softer mattress they found one for me I greatly appreciated that or i would need to cut my stay short. "
