False advertising from hotel
The hotel was billed as having a pool. It does. Enjoy sharing it with multiple classes that occur throughout the evenings (aquafit for the elderly, lifeguard classes, toddlers learning to swim, etc.). And enjoy the dirty look from instructors and participants in those classes if you try to use the pool. The hotel was billed as having an exercise room/gym. I could not locate it throughout my five-day stay. We were told that the hotel would provide a crib for our nine-month old child. There was nothing in our room upon checking in. After repeating the request at the front desk, we were given a play pen with a soft canvas bottom that was unsuitable for sleeping in. The room itself was fine, although the laminate floors were surprisingly squishy and the salt stains from our boots were not washed away during our six-day/five-night visit. For future business trips to the area, I will definitely be looking elsewhere for my lodgings.
