Cigarette smoke in the room

Cons: Remove the smoking smell in the first place
The smell was coming from the bathroom and did not go away. They moved us to anot her room when we complained. Thank you.

Had a banquet meal in the Casino and was really not good at all. I would avoid this the second time. Don't know if the Hilton actually was responsible.

Disapointed upon our arrival,the room was not ready. We a 3 hour wait the room had not been cleaned yet ,if we would have accepted the reduced mobility room (romantic weekend) this room was ready.Our room was cleaned rapidly...only one (robe de chambre) no extras in the room. If only we 'd receved an excuse. nice view on the 10 th floor, exellent brunch. Could have been much better.

Our family enjoyed our stay

Cons: Front desk should prepare some toiletries. It should not be a long process, calling each floor service to deliver small thing.Never even received item
A few years back I attended a conference in this hotel and was amazed by the wonderful view and facilities. My husband decided to book 2 nights this time. Our kids love the indoor and outdoor pools so much. The room faced the lake with a beautiful view, overlooking the city. The two queen size beds were very comfy. We rode the free rental bicycles to Gatineau Park and enjoyed the great views along the bicycle route.

Pros: The hotel was well situated to where my meetings were being held, and it was nice to have the casino next door.
Cons: The room I was given during my visit had a mattress with a significant divot which made sleeping a bit challenging.
My stay had some challenges, but thankfully the employees were quick to remedy many of the issues. The lock to the mini-bar was extremely challenging to open. Additionally, the bathtub stopper, each time after the room was cleaned, was pulled out entirely. I needed to call maintenance to get it threaded back in so that I could use the bath.

Good location at 5 minutes from Ottawa. Nice view on the firework at night from our room.
