Remove the dingy couch on the stair landing and do some trim painting. Grat vveds and nicel clean rooms.

Best value Hotel

Room was comfortable but the carpet in lobby was very dirty and smells bad.. Overall Good hotel within budget.

Pros: rooms booked together under same name, but rooms where too far 244 and 261 (different wing, so families were split and stayed)
Cons: 2 rooms one booking should give closer
Location: Cleaning
AC heater not working room 244 and never kept creamer, sugar for coffee. not much cleaner room

I sincerely apologize that your stay with us was not satisfactory. As mentioned when we spoke by Expedia Chat, had you contacted reception to advise that the AC was not working we would have gladly taken care of the problem. I have followed up with housekeeping regarding the Coffee Mate and sugar in room 244. We always try to keep rooms booked under the same name together but we cannot guarantee that this is possible, it all depends on what is available in the hotel.

bed bugs in the room

Cons: clean you hotel
My experience was bad because there was bed bugs in the room. I do not recommend to say in there.

Hello, It's unfortunate that you left your review Anonymous as this means I'm unable to verify which room you occupied however we have had our housekeeping staff do a thorough inspection of all rooms as we take these comments very seriously and we have found no sign of any bed bugs.

no eating in the room,noisy clients shouting in the hall all night could not sleep

I'm unsure that I understand what you mean by no eating in the room, of course you are more than welcome to eat in your room. As for the noise, I apologize that you did not have a restful night, did you call down to reception to advise of the issue? We are zero tolerance when it comes to noise but if we are not advised we cannot know that you are being disturbed. We do hope that you will give us another chance to impress you!

A good stay.

Stayed 2 nights. Hotel was nice. The carpet in the hallways looked straight out of the 60s, but I found it to be entertaining. Bed was comfy. Would stay again.

Do not understand what happen there but our room was just cleaned once for all the 4days that we where there will never go there again
