“Clean room, great amd friendly staff amd location is perfect for walking the Gatlinburg strip. There are 2 things i didnt care for. I got a room with 2 "queen" size beds, they were definitely NOT queen size beds. They were a full size bed which matters a lot because i am 6ft5in tall. The second thing is the toilet was so close to the bathroom door that i couldnt use the bathroom basically without my knees touching the door lol. It is a great place though.”

“This was a last minute booking, however upon arrival I was quickly accommodated. The facility was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was clean. They offer a free parking pass for the downtown area which saves on parking. We enjoyed our stay.”
