Love the location! The hotel was really nice. And all the staff was great. We were able to use the pool and it was a beautiful view from the pool. It is also heated. Would stay here again.

We loved the hotel, the staff, and the location. The room was beautiful. It was clean. It had a nice view, and the bathrooms were excellent. We had breakfast every day, and the staff was great again. Next time we go back to Tennessee, we are staying at indigo.

Perfect location. Exceptionally clean and new. We received $40 coupons towards the restaurant which was amazing. The roof top infinity pool and bar was the best. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Absolutely perfect!!!

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Indigo Gatlinburg. It's a new hotel with high end features and design. The property was clean and the staff was helpful. We loved the outdoor pool and rooftop restaurant. Would definitely stay here again. All the other hotels pale in comparison.

Love the rooms. Very clean and fun hotel to stay at. Walking distance to downtown. Very friendly staff. The man that works night shift is the sweetest. Like the pool and the top floor terrace. Hope it stays reasonable with prices.
