"Absolutely loved my stay here. The balcony was AMAZING, & the 24hr pool was amazing as well. I just wish the pool temperature was a little warmer, but other than that no complaints. Staff was super friendly, and house keeping did their job very well. They also had free breakfast, and parking for the hotel as well. Plenty of attractions within walking distance. "

"Absolutely loved every thing about this place. Super clean room. Had a balcony with very nice glider chairs. It was near the creek, which was amazing to sit and listen to in the evening after a day out in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. The seating area by the creek was just lovely. Also had a beautiful firepit and seating in another area of the property. Didn't use the pools, but they looked nice. Was just a minute walk to the main strip in Gatlinburg, or seconds away from the side entrance of the Village. Parking was easy. Front desk staff were all very nice and helpful, especially Lisa. We loved her!!! The grab and go breakfast was a nice light start to the mornings. Definitely will stay there again. "

"Hot tub not working"

"Front desk staff was kind. The property looks very nice from the outside but the inside needs a little work. Bathroom ceiling had a small crack and looked like it had water stain. There were a few insects on my wall and hiding behind the window curtains. Walls are paper thin. Breakfast was a grab and go(cereal,milk, some fruits,honey buns, nothing big) The area is beautiful. Walking distance from Ripley's and Anekeesta. For the price I paid I could've found something much better but I wouldn't mind to go back again."

"Thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and all it had to offer. If I had to find something to say was not good, the showers/tub were small and water pressure could have been better. But great view, Great staff and so close to everything making walking and not dealing with traffic was amazing "
