The property itself was nice and within walking distance to a lot of things. Our room was a tad disappointing the floors didn't look like that had been swept or cleaned, there was trash on the balcony, and the shower didn't have hot water.

Never got her name, but our check-in clerk was beyond rude. When arriving to our "first" room we found both doors wide open(the front and balcony doors) and one of the beds messsed up. Of course we weren't going to stay in it. Second room dirty! Reeked of smoke. Went and bought air freshner and disinfectant. Even called and complained to Expedia about everything. We didn't leave because first we cleaned enough to satisfy and second, after looking at other hotels in the area, none fit our budget. There was 1 set of towels in the second room so i sent my daughters to get more from office, the same clerk questioned them about why we had to change rooms(they weren't with me when I went to change...also same clerk. Guess she thought i was lying and decided to interrogate my girls. They are 16 and 17) At any rate, we won't ever stay there again. For the price...guess you still get less than you pay for.

We like sitting by the fire. We also like that we can walk to places. We enjoy sitting on the balcony. We can see our vehicle from our room. The freezer didn’t have a temperature control so our drinks froze. Also they didn’t provide breakfast.

This property is in a great location right off the busy strip of gatlinburg. Room was clean and nice although it was dated. I don't care about that. Price was excellent. Check in was easy.

The office is across and down the street. You have to walk so far to just get a cup of coffee. There aren’t enough parking spaces. The desk clerk actually tried to get us to park in a no parking zone. And we weren’t going for that. The city will tow you in a hot minute. Desk clerk didn’t seem to really care. It was clean but too many inconveniences. The only thing good about it was the desk clerk Omar. He’s just the friendliest, nicest guy. I won’t make the mistake of booking there again.

The stay here was great a few minor downfalls in the room but nothing to hassel over. Shower drain wouldnt stay up so had to put something in it to hold it up or keep draining it as you shower. The fridge wasnt the best kept drinks somewhat warm/cool but never cold those were the only downfalls which were not a big problem. Other than that its a great place to stay and walk the strip without having to drive!
