Pros: The hotel is walking distance to everything. The mattress was new and pretty comfortable. Cons: The parking is a nightmare. Extremely tight. Impossible to get out of your car without almost opening your door into the car next to you. Our room needed a new toilet. Had stains and the toilet seat looked like it hasn’t been changed in 20 years. The blanket on our bed was stained.

Pros: Location was nice.
Cons: Not allow smokers to smoke in rooms that have the "No Smoking" signs on the doors.
This was not a hotel I would stay at again. We are not smokers and our room smelled like we were sleeping in an ashtray. We had to go to store and buy room freshener which I sprayed every few hours instead of sleeping. We would have stayed someplace else if rooms were not booked. On a positive note, the location was nice.

An ok place to stay in Gatlingburg.

The pictures on the website look more modern and the Hotel itself is quite a bit older. The Hallway carpet is nasty and should be taken up. The rooms themselves were clean and not so bad, but they closet is an added area and the doors would barely open. The first room we checked into, the toilet seat was falling off and worn out, but they moved us to another room. Everything worked and was clean. I did have to get in a chair and fix the cable wires for the tv to work as they had the cable hooked into the wrong slot on the tv. It was on top of this makeshift closet that was added to the room years ago. The rooms are roomy enough but a little smaller than your standard. It is close to downtown though so you can walk just about everywhere from there and the price was more reasonable than anywhere else at the time.

2017 Eclipse

Getting a hotel was difficult due to the 2017 Eclipse. We tried to stay in Knoxville are and the best we could find was Gatlinburg. We drove back an hour to see the eclipse. The area is good. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping; 2 minute walk from hotel.

Good location

Close to everything but don't expect a 5 star hotel for this price. We were on a budget so this place was fine, but will upgrade to a nicer place next time.

Small room but close to downtown

We stayed in the one bedroom suite which we thought would be perfect for our family but it was very small and crowded. When we entered our room the first day it smelled. Seemed clean tho. The hotel was close to the main strip which made me happy. overall I enjoyed my stay.
