Good location

Close to everything but don't expect a 5 star hotel for this price. We were on a budget so this place was fine, but will upgrade to a nicer place next time.

Easy walk to downtown

Pros: Location, parking, wifi
Cons: Condition of room...room needs painting; bathroom needs updating; carpet damp; hallway smells of smoke; breakfast room very small
Location: Location is great...right by Main Street in Gatlinburg with lots of shops, restaurants. National Park very close.
Great location within steps of downtown; free parking; free wifi worked great; breakfast is only carbs. Room is large with a frig but needs some serious updating and painting. Carpet felt damp. Hallway smells like smoke. Staff very pleasant.

Dirty and worn

Pros: The rate was decent.
Cons: Cleanliness and condition of the rooms and overall facility.
Location: Walking distance to the main strip in Gatlinburg - which may be why we found it filled with drunk guests when we arrived late at night.
We booked a stay at this hotel through Expedia because the photos looked pretty nice. When we arrived and checked in, we found the halls and rooms to be disgusting -- stains on the carpets and pull-out bed and trash in the hallways. The halls were also filled with the sounds of drunk guests. Though that particular issue was beyond the hotel's control, it was clear to us that this was not the right place to stay with a family of young kids. We left and found other accommodations. Thankfully, Mia at Expedia was able to help get our stay refunded. For that reason, I'm glad we booked through Expedia, but I'm disappointed that we didn't get a better sense of the hotel until we were actually there.

The breakfast was terrible. Nothing hot just beagles and cereal. No pool. Run down. Will not be returning

Pretty good for the price!

The lady that checked us in had NO personality. But She was ok. Room was clean except for a cup under the bed. AC worked great. Location was amazing for the price! NO bugs! We really liked the covered parking. Breakfast was as described.

Close to the convention center.

The price is too high for what you get. The breakfast bar is almost non-existent. Otherwise it is convenient for Gatlinburg.

Very stuffy room

I booked this hotel because of the Wyndham chain. I could not believe how they pass Wyndham franchise inspection. The room was extremely stuffy, The window was not able to open fully, only allows to open few inches. Room carpet was very old and not clean. The corridor was very bad smoking smell. It is really unpleasant place.
