We were looking for a clean, convenient, inexpensive place to crash after exploring the Smokey Mountains during the day. This fit the bill. The room was very clean, and although its an older motel, the room was nicely maintained. The TV, mini-fridge and microwave all worked great. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet, and the staff was so friendly. We easily walked to restaurants nearby in the evenings, which was wonderful as parking can be difficult. Not a 5 star property, but it gets 5 stars.
