This property is even better than advertised. The photos can’t do justice to the amazing views especially as the sun hits the mountains at different times of the day. So peaceful and relaxing! The property manager was the best to work with of any other we’ve communicated with across all our VRBO stays. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful home with an amazing view of Mount LeConte. Lots of amenities to keep everyone entertained. Relatively close to the Gatlinburg Parkway, maybe within 10-15 minutes. Keep in mind that properties with such an incredible view require traveling up some steep and winding narrow roads, but that was part of the adventure. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.

Loved this cabin!!!!

Loved the cabin, loved the location. We saw a bear within 5 minutes of arriving at the cabin (something that had been on my bucket list) The view was AMAZING!!! Grandkids loved the pool!! Although, they were all 4 and under they were sad to leave the cabin and keep saying they want to go back. WE WILL DEFINATELY BE BACK!!!

Rick was awesome when it came to communication, very prompt. Check in and out was a breeze, he sent an email with very detailed instructions. The home was absolutely amazing! Beautiful views just as advertised. Plenty of accommodations available in the house and kitchen for whatever you need. Beds were super comfy, theater room was a hit with the kids and adults and the pool was a great bonus for the kids. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

Great property with amazing views of the great Smokey’s. Lots of fun activities in the house . The only thing that we were not able to figure out was the sound system in the media room. But overall great stay.

Absolutely wonderful place with a view!

We had nothing but great times here at this property. The house was amazing and the view was even better. The kids had a blast with the games and the pool that was available.The pool area was very clean and well taken care of, and also had a code lock on the door so the kids could not go in without the code. The amazing view from the balconies was nothing shy of spectacular, and to sit in the hot tub and enjoy the view was even better. Highly recommend this property, as I feel we would definitely be coming back in the future.

Gatlinburg in May

The property was as described. My wife does a thorough cleaning job when we arrive at any property (Clorox wipes counters, toilets, use a lint guard on the bedroom sheets, etc.) and she was very impressed with the level of cleanliness. The view from the deck was as pictured! House was decorated very well and it was one of the best houses we have rented. We would stay there again, most definitely.

Wonderful Stay

We had a lovely stay at this property. We stay at rentals often and this was by far the best one we have rented. The owner was great, the house was very well maintained, beds were comfortable and we were nearby everything we wanted to do!

Amazing Views!

We took our family of 4 and the kid's grandparents with us for a nice October week. The views were AMAZING and the cabin was everything we needed to get away from the city and enjoy a break. There were plenty activities in the cabin and the kitchen was large enough for everyone to move around when it was time to cook and eat. We will DEFINITELY look to stay in this beautiful cabin on our next trip!

Mountain Paradise

My family stayed at this beautiful house for Christmas. The house was everything we could have hoped for - clean, spacious, and lots of activities to keep everyone happy. We loved the hot tub on the deck and the kids played in both game rooms the entire stay. The view was amazing and the location was perfect - mostly secluded! The house has a great location and is very clean, but a few issues need attention:•The bedroom exit door doesn’t latch, and some bathroom doors don’t lock.•The main floor bathroom window lacks privacy.•The ice maker isn’t working.•I was told the pool is limited to 80F unless I pay 50 to raise it by 5F. If guests are paying for a heated pool, a comfortable temperature range should be included.•The BBQ is in the parking lot, which isn’t ideal, especially with wildlife in the area.•While the view is nice, the front-facing windows and door should have blinds for privacy.Thank you.

Week long oasis

I wish I could give this cabin 10 stars! I come to Gatlinburg twice a year and this is by far one of the best cabins we’ve stayed in. The drive up to the cabin is a breeze and the cabin has everything you can imagine. Thank you Rick for the hospitality and beautiful cabin home. We will be back ❤️

Very nice

The cabin is just as nice as it looks in pictures. Beautiful view from balcony. Furniture and decor was very nice and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. Theater room was fantastic , has surround sound. We had 10 people , one of which was a 7 yr old.we stayed 4 nights 5 days. Our family really enjoyed our vacation.

The view..Wow!

The cabin was spacious and close to everything we wanted to get to. Loved it! The view from the main floor and upper floor was absolutely amazing and so peaceful. Will definitely come back with family for another Gatlinburg visit.

Nice property with stunning views! Plenty of things to keep the kids entertained. The pool table, basketball game and hot tub were the biggest hits. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very clean, well appointed leaving my crew asking to stay in to enjoy the many activities offered rather than go into town to do the tourist stuff. Very quiet location with amazing views! Really enjoyed watching the local bear romp down the street as well!

Awesome Cabin, incredible view!

We stayed 4 night's and wish we could have stayed for many more! Beautiful new build with lots of fun things to do on site and the view was breathtaking! Really a great place to stay in Gatlinburg/Pigeon forge area. Only very minor complaint was the internet was really poor, so the youtube tv often times would not work. However, this is due to the location up in the mountains and not anyones fault! We loved our stay and would love to visit again sometime.

Beautiful mountain home

Absolutely beautiful home away from home . All the luxuries of home and then some . Stunning views from any of the 3 levels. Plenty to do for all ages when outdoor fun downtime is needed. . Hot tub and pool a great mix to include basketball hoops for family tournament fun. Close to local fun and Smokey Mountains national park where we spotted 22 bears on cades cove loop. Definitely worth the trip !!. SMO rafting trip a must as well!
